There is no reasonable reason that water is getting in the dryer and sitting in the drum, I took the entire thing apart and water was all inside on the bottom and on the right side wall, I took Pam off and it was all by heating element and around blower housing. Venting appeared dry and there is no steaming function. I wiped down entire dryer to be rude of lint a water and then put back together. I told customer the only logical thing is that somehow it?s coming in the vent even though it was dryer. Told customer when it rains next to keep an eye on dryer and if water gets in then clean it out and unhook venting and use for awhile like that to see what happened

This is a front load with a mini pedestal washer. I ran the front load washer filled and drained and spun twice I found no leaks. I also ran the mini washer as well and no leaks. They had some bath towels laying around so I threw them in the big front load washer to run a cycle. I ran a complete cycle and there isn?t a single drop of water anywhere. See pics attached.
