I cleaned the condenser coils. I cleaned the back vent and compressor area. I checked the evaporator coils and they?re all frosted over. The thermostat is working it?s turning off and on. This controls both the fridge and the freezer. The freezer control is just a plastic lever that opens and closes a vent in the freezer. It?s a very basic fridge.

customer said that after using washer they will usually come back down stairs and there will be water in the tub but it wasn?t there when they took the cloths out. There are no error codes, went through service mode without issues. i check the drain hose and it was down a pipe and it seemed like it was really deep in so i removed it and put it in the sink and ran a load and no water came back in then i put drain line back in pipe and ran again and no water came back in. Dryer had significant lint buildup up inside blower - removed and unit has much better airflow . If issue is still present recommend customer contact vent wizard to clean / repair vent as exterior vent fixture / pest control is bent / altered and we cannot repair / clean vent

GE dryer needs the upper bearing and glides. The plastic is worn through badly from the drum. The lower housing and chute for the dryer vent is all cracked. The felt seal is worn badly. The belt is cracked and fraying. The rear bearing assy is worn badly and is causing the squeak. The dryer repair is going to be $780.00 to repair. It?s not worth it for a machine this old.

E15 caused by water valve leaking. a new valve was installed and the water was removed from overflow pan underneath. ran dishwasher to make sure there was no leak and everything is working without issues
