I unhooked water line going to fridge and the water pressure is super slow and that?s what causing the slow water flow from the fridge. I looked in the basement for the stainless braided line and saddle valve but was unable to locate it. Half the basement is finished with a drywall ceiling. I put my flashlight down the hole in the kitchen where the water line is and turned all the lights off in the basement and was unable to see my light coming through anywhere. Let customer know it has to be above the part of the basement ceiling that?s finished and I'm not able to do anything to adjust pressure and told them to talk to their contractor and call AP plumbing.

When I first got there it counted down from 140 mins and decreases its time by 10 seconds every few seconds. I went into diagnostic mode and found a door lock error and the door not latching within 4second count down. I ran and tested the unit in diagnostic and everything worked fine. I ran again in regular customer mode. I ran 4 cycles without any problems. I noticed the right side of the dishwasher was not connected to the cabinets. This was causing the door to bind up a little. I installed a new screw to stop the dishwasher from moving around. It may need a new door latch if the problem occurs again. It is possible the main computer board is an issue. At the moment the unit is running good. I cleared the codes out of the dishwasher. F5-E1 f5-e2
