Burning electrical smell on site when using the oven. A connection to the bottom relay bored was loose and deteriated. I was able to see the wire spark when turning on the oven, which is the clear source of the smell. I repaired the wire and added a new connector. I ran the oven on conventional bake, bake, and on broil with no more signs of the smell. The oven is working properly. Advised if the same issue happens again, they would need a new relay board.

I removed the dishwasher and cleaned the water out. It looks like the leak is coming from the door seal and the lower sweep. There was a ton of slime and grime all around the seals and the door frame. I cleaned all this up and it seems to be working ok. It may be time to possibly consider a new dishwasher it looks like some of the parts are becoming unavailable and a lot of the parts are on back order. Looks like unit is a 2017 model.

I pulled washer out and remove back and watched drain pump while it was draining and there was no leak. I put on a quick wash and watched for leak after about 25min into the wash water did leak but it was coming from the upper right which is where the fabric softer dispenser was. I removed the dispenser and it was completely clogged so water was going into it then spilling over. The dispenser was. Leaned out and another quick was was done but there was no leaking

Dishwasher was not installed correctly along with the space being super tight and the door kept catching on the side of the cabinet but there is no room to move it over so because of the combination of the install and not enough room part of the plastics of the outer tub was cracked along with the IU not being flush to the door. Every time it would start it would run for about 10 min then stop and the start button would flash and it would seem like the door latch was not secure. After moving it around to different positions I was able to get it so that the door would latch correctly and the dishwasher would run without stopping. No update was available for this appliance
