The ice maker on the right side fridge the ice bucket was installed backwards and it had the arm pushed into the off position. I ran the tested on the ice maker and it is working now that the bucket is fixed and the metal wire is in the down position.
The fridge on the left the wire arm wasn?t even installed. The ice bracket is the wrong one so it doesn?t make good contact with the wire arm. Also the brackets for the ice bucket are missing for this unit. It?s possible it needs a new ice maker as well the arm got stuck when testing the ice maker. It freed up and seemed to be working. On the Electrolux refrigerator there is no frost on the evaporator fins only a small amount on the main line coming in. I checked the heater it is not stuck on. The evaporator fan is coming off and on. THe compressor is running and the fan for the compressor is working. It is either an internal problem with the compressor or the coolant leaked from the system. Unit has a.build date of 02/22. Unit may still be under warranty or call Electrolux and see if they would be willing to help.

Complaint of no heat. Confirmed 240 VAV from outlet. Continuity from J506 to J501 Orange proving good thermal fuse, inlet safety, and outer limit. Measured 120 VAC potential difference between J505 and Ground with J505 unplugged and dryer running proving M1/M2 centrifugal switch good. With unit running measured 18 VAC difference between J505 pin on board and J501 orange. Difference should be zero. Heater relay not closing circuit L1 to L2. Needs new board. Cost of repair exceeds replacement.

Complaint of no clean. When clean selected unit double beeps. This is indicating open door. Tested door switch from ACU and switch testing good. Power cycled unit. Unit now allowing clean oven cycle. If issue persists there is a control board failure in the door monitor circuit. Quoted for new ACU. Customer advised self clean can cause damage to unit and recommended lower temp cleaning options.
Complaint of cooking outcomes under done. Measured temp sensor at 1.076 k ohms from ACU at room temp a proper reading. Preheated to 200 degree bake and at pre heat oven was at 234 degrees, a proper reading post pre heat. Offered measured calibration. Customer declined and will self calibrate.

Customer unit had weak cooling inside of the fridge when diagnosing unit and putting into diagnostic mode it had a error code for the damper and the thermostat error code went ahead and replaced damper and thermostat now unit is operating with in specs complete

The control panel is no longer manufactured. Customer does not want to go through with the repair with an aftermarket part. Too expensive.
