The oven is wider then the cabinet that it slides into. The customer will need to cut a half inch from each side of the cabinet in order for the new wall oven to slide in. C-f2 error code on site. I checked all connections on the main board along with the display ribbon, and did a hard reset. The error code is now gone, and has not returned after testing the oven, on both bake and broil. Also confirmed all button on the display are working correctly. Overall all compartments are cooling on site. all fans are working, and the condenser coils are clean. Some items in the fridge are showing frost within the packaging (pictures attached). I advised the customer to rearrange the fridge so no food or drinks are blocking the air vents, to ensure the fridge has an even flow of cold air. I Also recommend to try raising the fridge tempature to see if it makes a difference over time, on giving them the desire internal fridge tempature that they are looking for. The damper could also be a possible issue, but not finding that part to be available for this fridge.

The ice maker was turned off. I hit the reset switch on the bottoms of the ice maker and it went through all the steps perfectly. Wait a few days if it?s still not making ice it will need a new ice maker. There was water and ice build up under the deli drawer. I checked the drain tubes and the fridge section was clogged. I cleaned the condenser coils since I had the back of the fridge open. It had the new style drains in it already so I just trimmed the length of the hoses esp they don?t bind up.
