Customer said that when spinning drum would bang around and move alt, I did smart HQ and tested all components and everything works and passed all testes with out issues.there was a firmware update that I installed then ran a quick wash with no cloths in it and it completed without issues then I had customer put cloths in and did a quick wash and there was no banging it completed all cycles without issues. Customer thought lights were flickering when using appliances but that did not happen at all while I was there.

I taped the power wire up to the wall to take some of the tension off the power wire so gravity isn?t trying to pull the plug from the outlet. The dishwasher fills, washes, and drains on site. the realese lever for the door is broken, so it's makes it harder to open the door smoothly. All major components are working on site. Advised if the washer shuts off mid cycle, then it's a communication issue. After running the dishwasher for 10 minutes, the dishwasher shut off. No loose wire connection at the terminal. The dishwasher will need a new board and door latch.

It?s a gas dryer and I checked all the sensors and they tested fine. I ran the dryer and it was shutting off after 10 seconds and getting super hot quick. I pulled the dryer out and checked the vent hose. There was a bunch of papers stuffed in the flex hose of the dryer blocking the air flow. I removed those and I shortened the flex hose to about 5ft instead of 15ft. Removed all the excess and tested the dryer it?s working good now!
