Complaint of odor from unit, accumulation of filmy substance on dishes. Ran autodiagnostic and unit does have F7E1 heater error. Unit will not clear errors even after power cycling, customer states they do not use heated dry.
Completes cycle without issue, opened at end of cycle and unit filled with suds. Over suds can cause moisture retention and bacteria will grow causing odor. Unit may be short cycling causing incomplete wash and build up of suds. No error message?s indicating a fault that would cancel the wash. Water is hot. Left unit on normal cycle with cup of white vinegar. Customer advised to monitor the completion time of this cycle. It should take roughly 2.5 to 3 hours. If unit is terminating cycle early ACU is making incorrect choice during wash cycle.
