Both washers are working great. The one dryer the coin slot is jammed and not returning. The far right drier won?t turn on. I tested all of the safety switches and sensors, and also the start button. The problem seems to be the coin slot on this one too. I will need he key fro the dryers to unlock them to do any repairs.

Tested hall sensor and it was getting voltage from the main board but when tested gray to blue and red to blue it was not receiving correct voltage. Replaced the hall sensor and ran a load and it still had the code. New harness and board are needed and customer is going to just get a new washer.

Complaint of incomplete wash with error messages D5. Following stored errors:
F71 suds lock.
Ran diagnostic cycle. Basket not returning to home position. Turned off unit. Applied pressure to basket to move to home position. Attempted spin cycle and unit still not in home/spin position. Corroded bearings causing basket not to move up and down with water volume.
2nd Complaint- Oven we repaired in November and still not heating properly. Takes over 40 minutes to bake to 350. Broil element is listed on bake strip circuit. Unit uses broil supported bake. Does require element.
Oven- installed broil element. Tested via 350 degree bake and achieved preheat in 14 minutes a proper time frame. Unit testing good.
Washer- installed new bearing. Unit still no spin. Customer opting to replace machine.

Complaint of no bake or broil. Inspected warmer drawer and draw has cookware in excess of height of drawer. This can cause the spark to not hit the burner tube and instead spark grounds out onto cookware. Removed cookware. Tested bake and broil twice and both ignited in 1 spark.
