I find there was no heat coming from the broiler element. I tested the element and it has continuity. I then tested for power to the element and it had no power when the oven was running. I replaced the main computer control board. I tested the oven and the upper oven pre heated to 350 in 8 minutes. This particular oven uses both the bake and broil elements to heat the oven.

Dryer would not heat the back was removed and all components were rated and the thermal fuse was blown, thermal kit was installed and the dryer was ran and is producing heat bu not a lot of air was coming out of vent so the blow wheel housing was removed and it was completely clogged preventing air flow.
