They?ve only been I. The house a month. It smells like the washer has been sitting a while not being used. It?s very stinky at start up. I suggested she runs bleach through the washer and a hot cycle and let it soak for an hour. Then run the cycle. This should help kill the bacteria. I also suggest running cider vinegar or washer cleaning tablets once a month and before going on vacation to help with the smells. Same goes with the dishwasher.

when you try and turn machine in and hit start you hear clicking coming from main board. i was able to get into service mode and all components worked but motor didn?t turn on. I looked error codes up and got 5E error which is communication between main control board and motor control.
it?s recommended to replace main board and possibly UI so a quote was given for both along with the valve assy due to it being rusted and has a slight leak.
customer decline repair and is going to get a new machine.
when you google error it says it?s a drain issue but drain pumped worked in service mode so i called senior tech and asked him about it and he said to go with the tech sheet says and i did let customer know this.

ran dishwasher and after about 25min the dishwasher started to leak from the back so i pulled it out and ran it about 39min and it didn?t leak so i drained and started it again and ran for another 35 and it didn?t leaked it appears to be the sump but customer just decided to get a new one rather than repair.
