Only half of the heating element is working on site, therefore the dryer won't heat up any higher then 130 degrees. Part of the heating element burnt itself onto the frame, causing an arcing issue with the element. The customer did confirm she thought she seen a flash or spark. The heating element will need to be replaced. The dryer is also loud onsite. Both supporter wheels are damaged and will need to be replaced. I replaced the element, and repaired the supporter wheels with the whirlpool maintenance kit. Ran and tested, Everything is working properly now.

The heater is working fine the vent is working and not clogged. The touch controls are not all functioning. Normal rinse and soak are the only ones that are working. The washer makes a noise when ever the agitator changes directions. The clutch has some wiggle room because the teeth grooves dont seem to be lining up snug anymore. I would recommend to repair with the clutch pulley and cam kit. The wash also needs a new actuator. I repalced both parts, ran and tested, the washer now works properly.
