The dryer was making a very loud squeaking noise so I took apart and the pulley was broken and he of the wheels was locked up so I installed a maintenance kits and cleaned the entire dryer out including the blower wheel housing. when i was done it out it back together and ran it and it was running without issue then it shut off after a few min and i could smell a smoking smell so i took it apart and the motor was extremely hot. i put it back together and ran again and after a few minutes it shut back off again. customer needs a new motor but due to age of appliance they are going to get a new one.
After they get a new dryer they are going to have us come back for a vent cleaning which will be $127 since they wanted it done while I was here but was not able to do it due to dryer not staying on.

The washer would not finish the flood safe mode, it would just continuously try to drain. I was still about to get the washer in a diagnostic mode, and it went through with no issues, but still drained throughout the test. Calibration mode would not work. The oven is reaching tempature very slowly. All elements passed the continuity test. The tempature sensor has a good k-ohms reading. Power is only going to the center convection fan element. Ran the oven for 10 minutes, and no voltage is being sent to the bake element. Tested the broiler setting, and no voltage is also going to the broiler. The customer is going to need a new fridge. There was a power outage a few days ago. The main computer board in the fridge has shorted out. The evaporator fan isn?t working. The compressor and fan aren?t working. So the unit isn?t cooling. The clutch for the washer isn?t engaging the electronic actuator has failed and won?t shift the gear case for the basket from wash to spin so it?s making a loud grinding noise. There?s also a computer issues with the washer it?s not going into all the different modes. It?s going to need a new clutch, actuator and a new computer. This is also not worth fixing.

The vent is fine he has semi rigid with flex hose. The flex hose is fine no holes in it and it allows for the dryer to be pulled out without dismantling the vent. I found a dryer sheet In the blower fan. It was causing a bad vibration. I cleaned the dryer out it was dirty. The lint screen wasn?t going down fully because of all the lint packed in the hosing. This is probably how the dryer sheet got sucked into the fan. Everything is working fine now.

Customer had boil over/spill - appears it leaked inside cooktop plugging burner and allowing flame under burner - center burner is melted/warped and parts needed to repair are NLA and we are unable to repair. ***Left gas off to unit and unplugged as it is inoperable and not safe to use- home owner not present
