Replace water valve tested unit no leaks

Installed customer purchased door boot ran and tested for leaks all is leak free and running good.

Replaced blower/cycle tstat and fuse Checked ok

Replaced the dispenser housing it was leaking at the seam where it?s molded. Ran and tested good.

Reset control If problem persist would need main control board as unit heats and passes all checks in diag mode 4411 lake rd williamson

Replaced the fan blower housing in the back . Defrosted it and it should be.

Replaced exhaust/ blower thermostat and fuse set Unit now heats ok ** venting does merge into another vent and may create future issues, recommend vent wizard to look at/ correct venting

Defrosted ice room and replaced ice room heater, sensor and appears ok

There seems to be algae and gunk in the hose for the water pressure switch so I?m going to change that out. Ram and tested 3 times no over filling.

When I got here the washer was unplugged and unlocked but full of cloths and water. I was able to put into diagnostic mode and get the washer to drain and spin then ran nice the close were out I ran another diagnostic and it went thru all cycles without issues. I had customer put in a few pieces of laundry and ran a quick wash. After 10min into the load it made a horrible freeing sound and it stopped workin and locked up. The motor is overheating and stops working. Customer is going to get a new washer

Customer unit is spitting t6 error code when diagnosing the tray on the ice maker was broken off customer would need ice maker

Ran dishwasher through service mode no error codes checked heating element, tco, heater relay all are checking good after full service mode run can find no faults with dishwasher that would cause over heating.

Range was installed but gas was turned off at the main line. Gas was turned on and seals n ends of gas lines were secured. Tested range and everything works

Fix the upper rack adjusters. The gasket t for the soap dispenser cover had come off. Not going to fix the dispenser is $100 and they use pods and not liquid. Installed new upper rack adjusters. And tested they?re working good now.

Reinstalled door unit is working well now

When diagnosing unit customer had the unit unplugged so everything was defrosted over so it was hard to replicate or see the issue but based off of the symptom customer was getting ice build up on the bottom of the cavity so went ahead and replaced drain kit replaced hoses in the back added a clip and made sure unit draining properly inform customer to monitor the unit and has a 90 day service call and if wanting ice maker replaced would need

Did vent clean long run looks like it?s venting out good

Rotor loose causing rpm error Tightened rotor and appears ok

Didn?t do anything with washer so took that off the invoice. For the dryer I did a long run vent cleaning

There was a piece of soap on the heater not sure how but that will create a burning smell if customer calls back will recommend sump assembly

Needs a belt and new motor. Replaced both the belt and the wash motor. Ran and tested good.

Customers unit froze up again causing the water not to drain properly went ahead and replaced drain kit to add a drain clip in side of the drain hose so it can stay open unit should be operating correctly

Replaced Ui elec and unit operates properly Did not need/use main oven pcb

Main control board relay bad and will need main PCB replaced. 05-17-23: Replaced main pcb ran and tested all is heating good and running good.

Dryer was not spinning and just making a humming sound without error codes. I took apart dryer and found socks stuck in the bowlers wheel which were removed then I installed 4 new wheels, an idler pulley and a new belt and dryer is heating and running without any issues.

Customer had taken lint trap a part and moisture sensor. I was able to get it all reconnected and it?s working without issues.

Pulled dishwasher from cabinet and Removed aftermarket drain hose and line previously installed and installed new OEM drain case and hose assembly- also had to install fill line as it would not stop leaking at copper connection All checks ok left old parts with customer

All I did replace water filter and unit is working great now

Had a shifter error and a speed sensor error. It wouldn?t shift so I put a new actuator in it and it would shift fine just not spinning. I found that the motor was only humming and not spinning. The basket is free spinning by hand. I got the motor to move the basket by spinning the belt manually. Unit needs a new motor. It has 10 ur warranty on the motor the customer. Is going to call maytag.

Replaced jazz board/elec control, cleaned condenser coil Unit turned off apon arrival, may take 24hours to regulate and reach temperature

Unit will turn on then flash 100? Then shut off. After multiple attempts it will stay on. Heckled amperage on igniter and it?s getting 3.2 so it?s good. Oven needs a new board but it is NLA

Complaint of warm temps and no water/ice dispensing. Measured 40 degrees in FF and 27 degrees in FZ. Ice build up on Evap cover present. Compressor is not running on arrival. Measured 28.1 ohms through defrost sense circuit which measures the ACU defrost monitor through the element and back to neutral. Measured defrost circuit through bi metal and defrost element and also measured 28.1 ohms. A valid reading. Measured FZ thermistor at 29.98 k ohms. And FF at 19 k ohms. Unable to find manufacturer resistance range for each sensor. ACU not regulating defrost properly causing poor temps. Confirmed microswitch on dispenser is working properly. Confirmed 5.65 VDC though communication line from dispenser UI through dispenser control circuit to main board. Unit communicates through DC micro pulses which are too fast to be measured. Typically if voltage is present a UI board is not needed. Quoting for both boards with the likelihood only Main ACU is needed. UI board no longer available. Attempting repair with ACU. Will credit back per AP. Install new ACU. Programmed ACU. Tested water and ice dispense and unit tested good. When shaking old board broken relay contacts are heard. Customer advised wait 24 hours before stocking unit.

Icemaker gear stripped and heater not working, icemaker will need to be replaced. Water tank frozen and not allowing water to dispense and will need to be thawed. 5-17-23 Replaced ice maker and thawed water tank ran and tested all and all is operating normal.

Ran through service mode checked every component on machine and all are checking good and withing range, Refrigerator was turned as cold as it would go instructed customer on loading and how to adjust temperature.

Cleaned out drain line unit is draining fine

Customer unit was not cooling when running a diagnostic had a error code for a bad damper went ahead and replaced damper now unit is working with in specs complete

Completed PM check on washer Dryer cleared boot drain all is running good, dryer cleaned lent screen checked for gas leaks and vent pressures all is normal and withing specs.

Freezer is not keeping cool but rest of fridge is good temp. This has a dual compressor for Fraser and flex zone. Compressors we?re not hot or coming on when I first got here but was able to put in a forced defrost and after about 20 min there was still no frost pattern on the evaporator. There is a seal system leak and customers are going to be getting a new fridge

Replace igniter tested unit work good now

Complaint of smell on dishes. Customer on county water. Water is hot even at first rinse. Unit drains/runs properly. Drain filter has some debris but nothing to excess. Ran cycle with afresh tab. If does not correct customer advised we could try new water supply line. Braided steel line may be breaking down causing an odor to water. Customer advised due to uniqueness of complaint that this repair is speculative. Customer will test after wash and call if they opt to change water line.

Complaint of no wash and noise. Unit fills properly. Wash motor runs and grinds with very little propulsion. Needs new circulation pump. Customer researching all options. Will call if opt to repair.

Complaint of warm temps. Measured 71 degrees in FF and FZ. Uncovered evaporator and no frost pattern. Sealed system failure.

Replaced oven temp control and ran unit at 350* held ave temp for several oven cycles Customer thermostat in oven seems to read about 10* off in center of oven , May very more depending on its location, recommend just using the oven normally and follow recipes and not worry about what the thermostat is reading

Replaced UI elec pcb and unit checks ok

WPW10285180 Needs a computer board it had a stuck relay. I got it working right now but it can go at anytime. $345 to fix. Going to discuss with husband and make a decision.

Dryer was making a very loud sound when running. Took dryer apart and there was a long screw stuck in the felt on 5e inside of the front of dryer. Screw was removed and new wheels, belt and pulley were installed. Dryer is working without issues.

Cleaned burners as well as possible if problem persists can only replace burner parts

Thermostat bad replaced and tested all is working good.

Something wrong within the breaker panel getting 240v and then getting 120v L1 then 42v L2 retripped breaker and all is working now instructed customer to contact electrician to check and or replace breaker.

Replace drain pump teated unit no leaks and drains fine

Customer unit would not go into a spin mode when diagnosing unit viewed that the belt was broken went ahead and replaced belt kit unit working with in specs complete

Dishwasher will need case brake and flow sensor and flow sensor is NLA.

Replace thermal fuse tested unit works good now

Drum was not spinning and dryer would turn on and off and was making a loud noise, took dryer apart and wheels were falling off along with a bathing suit string wrapped around the motor. Got string off motor and replaced belt, wheels and pulley and cleaned out dryer. Took apart back and checked blower wheel which is good and tested all components which are good. Also replaced dryer vent which goes right outside from where dryer is. Dryer is running quietly and heating without issues.

Needs stator motor and clutch mechanism. The clutch mechanism isn?t fully engaging the gears on the motor assy and is making a clunking noises. The magnets in the motor are rubbing on the windings of the stator. Unti sounds really bad when in the wash cycle. Going to purchase a new washer this one is going to be about $600 to repair .

Customer unit drain pump will run non stop then shut its self off right after had to replace the pressure sensor and do a software up date now unit is operating with in specs complete

Customer unit would not turn on went ahead and replaced the main board ran a overall diagnostic everything passed unit is working with in specs complete

Installed new evap cover, drain kit on refrigerator Installed sump on dishwasher needs latch still

When customer uses it goes thru all cycles them at the final spin the whole machine shakes and it shoes a DC error code. New dampers are needed. 5/15 installed new shocks and ran a quick wash and it went through all cycles without issues. No shaking and no error codes

Replaced freezer icemaker secondary valve and fill tube Passes all tests in service mode

Replaced washer support / milk stool Tests ok

Popsicle stuck at bottom of freezer door and kick plate causing door to not close fully

Smell was due to new heating element installed and fan was not running due to door being open, checked frost pattern all looks good, instructed customer to monitor and call if needed.

Customers agitator was not spinning when taking unit apart views that the bolt was loose and also a lot of gunk build up in between the inner and outer drum went ahead and cleaned it out now unit is working with in specs complete

Will need Icemaker kit #DA82-02638A Ice chute #DA63-09013A please make sure we have this part cause if we don?t bring this part it?s still going to have icemaker frost issue

Needs a new start device. Not going to fix it the unit is 11yrs old top freezer bottom fridge.

Drain solenoid melted and will need to be replaced. 5-15-23: Replaced drain solenoid ran and tested all is working good.

Dryer making noise, found 2 rollers in very rough shape and idler about to break. Replaced 2 drum rollers and idler pulley. Dryer nice and quiet now.

Went ahead and replaced xl burner cap unit working with in specs complete

Dryer motor pulley broke off motor so a new one was needed. Customer decided t just get a new dryer.

Customers unit is dispensing water non stop out of the dispenser even when not asking for water even with the door open it?s spitting out water customer would need water case assembly if wanting to go along with the repair

Dishwasher -Replace sump pump tested unit no leaks and runs fine now Washer -Replace timer did test cycle completed no issues .

Return air vent clogged defrosted out all is running and working good.

Replace Icemaker tested unit no error code please wait 24 hours to make ice

Object stuck in pump removed all is quiet and running good, there is a safety recall on this dishwasher for heating element rework, adviced customer of recall and not to use dishwasher until repaired. Model# DW2450 Serial# 20019406

Haa a king trouble getting bake to light found amp draw of approx 2.84 amps and not strong enough to light / maintain temps Replaced igniter now getting 3.2 amps and verified ave temp of 354* 15 min after preheat All appears ok

Cleaned out drain plug unit drains fine now smell we can?t really do to much Replace drain kit

Ran dishwasher through full short cycle and all is running and draining good.

Replaced the starter mechanism on the compressor. It fired right up and is working well well.

Needs a new board for the cook top and the dishwasher needs a door kit. Customer is getting a new cook top. Replaced the door hinges. Had to rewire the wires coming into the dishwasher. When I was pulling it out it sparked and tripped the breaker.

Icemaker wire was lose now Icemaker is good replace temperature control everything is working now

Replace main pcb tested unit runs good now no issues

Dryer was making grinding sounds when running so 6 new wheels, new idler pulley and new belt were installed and dryer is running without issues

Microwave will need new magnetron and rectifier customer will replace unit, Refrigerator will need new water filter old one is cracked and leaking water, dryer is operating fine vent is fully clogged and will need to be replaced with rigid or semi rigid line along with a full dryer cleaning.

Ran couple cycles / wash and spin was unable to duplicate leak Possible intermittent leaky pump but unable to verify on todays visit

Dryer was heating but not spinning. Belt had broke. A ew belt alone with wheels and a idler pulley was installed and dryer is working without issues

Keypad connector may have been loose Tightened and cleaned ribbon connector and all buttons started working If problem returns recommend new keypad/Uib Estimate approx 510 plus tax if orderd

Replaced the broken belt and tested. It?s working good.

Found drain hose to low going into sump pump Installed hose on wash sink and cleared drain as well as possible Recommend plumber check sink drain for restrictions or leaks

Customer unit was taking to long to hit temp when diagnosing unit viewed that the heating element did not have any continuity and also part of the wire was burnt went ahead and spliced wire added another connector and replaced element unit working with new n specs complete

Installed dishwasher no leaks works good

Replaced evap cover with fan and defrost heater with thermostat, ran and tested all and all is working good.

Leveled the dishwasher. The vent was leaking I added some silicone grease to the o-ring. Ram and tested I don?t see a leak anymore.
