It needs a new computer board. It keeps trying to to drain for a good 5 min after the load has completed. F3E1 code keeps coming up in diagnostic mode. I removed the hose from the tub and the board to inspect it doesn?t leak. I blew air into the tub and it bubbled. I checked for an obstruction at the bottom of the tub it is fine. There?s a service bulletin from whirlpool describing this error. I checked all the possible issues as described by whilpool. It turns out it?s the computer board causing the issues. I replaced the board configured and tested it?s working great now.

The customer stated the washer is going out of balance, and vibrating away from its original position on the floor. The washer tub is very bouncy which indicates the shocks are faulty and will need to be replaced. The washer will need 4 new shocks. (Older Kenmore).
The dishwasher had a loose power wire connection. when testing the dishwasher, water was leaking from the door during the wash cycle, and water leaked directly underneath during the draining cycle. The dishwasher is 25+ years old, with no parts available.
