The 2 screws that had fallen out were for the rear bearing. I took the dryer part of the laundry center apart. I removed the drum lined up the bearing plate and put the screws back in. I found the heater element was broken and the drum had made contact with it. I replaced the heater element. The belt was looking worn and dry a cracking. I replaced the belt. The dryer was reassembled and the rear bearing was greased up. The dryer was tested a few cycles and is working good.

Customer stated that over the weekend the freezer had some frost/ice build up inside and that some of the food had started to defrost. He unflagged fridge and defrosted the ice 5en plugged it back in and the entire thing has been working without issues. Temps are good in both FZ and FF section. Hooked up to SmartHQ and ran diagnostics and everything is working. Error codes show are for freezer door being open for longer periods of time. Customer things they either didn?t close freezer door all the way or something had gotten stuck and broken the seal and caused it not to close all the way. Customers old burner was not working correctly. The outside burner was lighting but not the inside one. He bought a new he and installed it and it did not work at all and when new one was plugged in the hot surface light stayed on. I put old one back in and tested continuity and it had none. I told the customer to keep the filter clean rinse once a week. Try using dishwasher cleaning tabs or vinegar to help with the smells. They also need to keep the garbage disposal clean. Washer needs a new drain oump. I replaced the drain pump on the washer it had hair wrapped around it and a wrapper that had gotten past the filter. I filled the washer and drained 3 times it?s working great now. On the dryer I replaced the broken pulley on the motor for the belt drive. I also put a maintenance kit in the dryer. The belt was worn and cracking. The belt tensioner idler pulley was worn and the drum rollers were bound up and hardly spinning. The dryer was vacuumed out. I tested it and it?s working great.

I was taking apart the fridge and found it was in defrost cycle and was completely defrosted. The fan is coming on. I let it run quite a while and the cooling fins on the evaporator were starting to frost over. I told her to let it run for 24hrs and check the temp. If it?s freezing and frozen it should be ok. If not the coolant might and Freon is low.

Dishwasher leaking from the inlet valve. Inlet valve will need to be replaced.
