Tightened door handles on ge refrigerator. Turned on water on to fridge and ice and water appear ok ? don?t see any water leaks Recommend customer watch fridge next 48 hours for leaks as we don?t know why previous homeowners turned water off. Replaced interlock switches on microwave

Defrost thermostat blown replaced ran and tested all is working good.

When customers unit is going into a spin mode unit has a wobble and when looking at the nut the holds the drum down is cracked and making a scraping noise that?s the reason for the unit always adding time when it goes into a spin mode customer would need nut and possible clutch

The belt had worked it?s way into the groove of the drum. It didn?t have enough tensions to spin the drum. I took the belt back out and routed it better. I ran the dryer for 20 min without any issues.

Customer filter base needed to be replaced and causing filter not to sit right to dispense the water and the ice customer unit is now working with in specs after replacing the base complete

Seated lower freezer drawer basket so door closes square, frost will dissipate on its own after some time , can?t melt it or else it will drip on rails and freeze Ran 1/4? copper water supply line to ice maker , verified water to ice maker and manual fill - unable to check automatic function customer will have to monitor the next couple days to see if ice bucket fills

Complaint of unit draining even when off. Typical of a leak/overfill condition. In basement customer has water leaking under dishwasher even though breaker has been off and unit not in use. Uninstalled unit and leaking from inlet valve, turned water supply off. Replaced valve. Turned water on and new valve is water tight. Ran unit for several minutes. Momentary leak from front right door. Customer states this is new and has not observed leak from that spot. Reseated gasket. Unable to reproduce front door leak. Air in sump from repair can cause brief tidal waving. Otherwise front gasket may need replacement. (DD62-00043A). Customer to continue to monitor. After further testing gasket is needed. With new gasket unit leaking less but still leaking. Lower door seal is NLA. Unit will continue to leak.

5/1 I replaced the spray arm and actuator shifter for the dishwasher. I ran and tested it sounds good now no loud buzzing and no leaks. Installed the spray arm and tested for 20 min. They had some dirty dishes in the unit and they look pretty clean after that amount of time. The Lower spray arm is moving and spin g well. This is for the fishers fire station they?re tax exempt. Price should be around $350.00. The actuator for the water is making a loud buzzing noise and the lower spray arm is not spinning at all.

Needs a new motor. I installed a new sump motor assy. I ran and tested it and no leaks. It?s working and washing well. I found there was a. Read tie and some other piece of debris I. The impeller fan.

Refrigerator evep fan burnt out and will need to be replaced as assembly. Replaced evap cover ran and tested all is running good.

The speed queen dryer was noisy and had a shuttering sound. A new set of drum rollers was installed and the belt tensioner pulley. He ont lower roller was worn and vibrating. I also found a dry sheet in the blower fan wheel. That would def make the stuttering noise. Ran and tested good nice and quiet now. The kenmore dryer had a seized up drum roller. The belt tensioner pulley was making a lot of noise. The belt was worn and cracking it too was replaced.

There was a sock stuck inside the motor causing no spin unit works fine now

Machine lid lock bad along with striker, motor and belt has bad windings. and all will need to be replaced. Please call if you decide to repair, total would be $686.93

Bearings in gearcase are bad causing motor to shutdown after to much resistance, gearcase will need to be changed.

Needs a new tub bearing. It?s growling badly. Going to need a new hub and seal.

Ran machine through full service mode all components check good ran machine through wash cycle all ran good can find no fault with washer.

Thermal coupler is burned up in the motor along with a couple of the wires. Needs a new motor. I vacuumed out the dryer and cleaned it all up. I replaced the motor. Reassembled the dryer and tested on normal and timed dryer. It ran 15 min each cycle no problem.

Small burner not working, took range apart and part of the burner had a burn mark on it. Ordering new one and will return Tuesday 245.47 will be due upon return 4/25 installed new burner and all setting are working without issues

Complaint of unit leaking water onto floor through freezer door. Opened freezer and sheet ice present on floor of freezer cabinet. This ice formation is typical of a defrost drain tube blockage. Removed evaporator cover and defrost drain is iced over. Melted ice via steam. Water still not emptying down drain tube. Pulled unit out and removed drain tube from rear of fridge. Flushed tube in sink and sizeable dust/fur debris removed from drain tube. Customer advised this is not a failure of the part and the tube is critical to proper unit operation. Customer agreed to place part back into service so they can continue to use Fridge vs. removing the part to send via Fed Ex as instructed. Defrost drainage is part of normal operation for a fridge/freezer. As Hot/Cold exchange occurs at the evaporator, the warm moist air will condense and cause frost on the evaporator. The defrost element periodically melts this frost off the evaporator and the run off is intended to go down the drain hole/tube into a reservoir underneath the fridge where it then evaporates off of heat from the compressor. When this tube is clogged the Freezer will still continue to defrost. The run off builds and freezes into the drain pan under the evaporator and will eventually run off into the freezer cabinet and onto the floor. Typical defrost is 2-4oz of water and defrost runs typically every 8 hours. This frequency and volume increases when the Fridge/Freezer doors are opened. Once customer drain tube reinstalled it was tested by blasting steam in the opening in the freezer and steam can be seen exiting the front vent of the unit. Reassembled unit. Customer advised to let unit cool for 4 hours before opening doors to keep contents frozen.

Customer has two bad infinite switch which are showing parts are unavailable due to how old unit is and manufacturer does not make the part any more customer will be exploring there options on getting a new unit

Complaint of unable to start a cycle. Leading up to this noise during spin. Following stored errors: F7E7 unable to reach top speed F7E1 basket speed fault Ran auto diagnostic and cycles runs well till spin. Motor hums but no spin. Examined under unit and Gearcase has dropped oil. Unable to spin cam rotor. Gearcase seized. Broke through by spinning basket through top. Typical failed bearing noise present. Needs new Gearcase. Customer researching all options.

Jazz board bad replaced ran and tested all is working good.

Replaced the blower wheel it was stripped out and the motor wasn?t working.

4/21/23 installed machine compartment cover, still no abnormal noise on todays visit. Since it is intermittent may be best to forward a video of noise 4/16/23 Unable to duplicate noise , compressor, condenser fan, evap fan and ice maker all sound normal Will need to catch noise to diag farther Machine compartment cover is missing , recommend replacing to help unit run more efficiently

Customers agitator fell off, I was able to get it back on and ran a load and it?s working without issues.

Customer will need new board #6871W1A405B part is discontinued

Customer stated there was intermittent leaking from dishwasher. When I got here I ran a diagnostic and found no leak, then ran DW for about 20 min and there was still no leak.

Refrigerator will need main pcb and compressor inverter, customer will replace machine.

Hot water inlet valve is leaking water. Also put the dryer vent back on.
