No signs of a leak on site. The drain hole is clear and not clogged. The are no water hook up to dispence water or make ice. The lower drain pan near the condenser is also dry. The compressor and all fans are working on site, and the condenser coils are clean. Very low frost built up on the freezer coils. Only the back right of the coils is showing any signs of coil frost. I let the compressor run for 30 more minutes, and the frost pattern never change, before it went into a defrost cycle. The the lack of frost on the freezer coils indicates the cooling system is low on refrigerant. The fridge will need a new compressor.

I checked all wiring in the back side and made sure all connections were tight. Both elements passed the continuity test. The temp sensor also gave good numbers. Ran the oven and multiple burner to try and recreate the issue the customer was having, but the oven never cut off. The oven temp seems to be running hotter then it should. I would recommend replacing the temp sensor to see if there is a notable difference or not. The main board was already replaced.

The ice maker is not producing ice on site. After doing multiple test, the ice maker is filling and rotating when testing. The fan also worked in the test mode. No frost built up or cloggs. The fridge has a stored error code of (E5, Timed ice making). The customer already has a new ice maker installed. The ice maker also passed the fill test. Advised to wait 24 hours to see if the water in the tray freezes, since all test have now been done for the new ice maker.

The ice maker is not making ice on site. The ice maker is also unresponsive to any diagnostics test or hard resets. They will need a new ice maker. The dishwasher was leaning forward on site. The top mount for the dishwasher were glued, which didn't hold. I raised the dishwasher legs and re leveled the dishwasher. Ran and tested after leveling, and now there are no signs of leaked. Everything is working properly.

I pulled the board and found the connections on the board for the heater were purple in color from getting hot. I also noticed the relay had a dark brown burn spots on the board.
