The oven won't turn on on site. The igniter amperage is reading 2.2, which is very low. The igniter is faulty and will need to be replaced. I replaced the igniter, ran and tested, the oven now heats up properly. All the stove burners are working properly, but do not have a designated low flame setting on the knobs. I would advise to not have the flame too low, as it can sometimes go out on its own.

I added two more towels with the blanket to resemble a medium sized load, and the washer completed the spin cycle with no issues. I advised the customer that overloading can cause the machine to go unbalanced, which will then stop the cycle. If the issue continues, I would recommend to replace the shock absorbers.

When I got here I talked to tenant and he stated they have used the machine 4 times since yesterday and it completed 3 out of 4 of them. When it didn?t complete it filled and washer but then didn?t drain and rinse but 5hey put it manually on drain and spin and it completed that. I hooked up smart HQ and there r no errors and every tested passed. I then ran a speed wash and it completed the whole things without issues. I talked to Scott and let him know what was going on and stated that it?s so intermittent there isn?t anything I can do about it since it?s working but due to age and parts that have already been changed if it started breaking again or more often then they should get a new machine.
