No power on site, the outlet is good. I checked all the main board connections, and fuses. I also tapped on the main board relays just in case if they were stuck. After inspecting the board, and plugging in the washer, the washer then had power, and it finished a speed wash with no issues. the issue could have been a loose connection, or a bad relay. I would recommend to replace the main board if the issue continues to happen.

Dishwasher was not draining and when I took filter out there was a bunch of white pebble looking things in the filter area. I cleaned it all out and hooked up smart HQ and there was no error code and it would drain just super slow. I took drain like off disposal and that end was cleaned then I uninstalled and I took hose off drain pump and Checked check valve and cleaned that out. I hooked everything back up and tested it multiple times and even showered customer when it was full of water and when it was empty and dishwasher is working without issues.

The felt seal on the back of the drum is worn down, which can create a gap for towels to potentially get pinched within the back seal area. I would recommend to replaced the felt seal on the drum. I repalced the felt seal on the drum, advised to call back if there are having the same issue.

dishwasher her an H2O error which is a pressure issue. when i hooked smart HQ up the errors were for the pressure sensor and there was a firmwear update. i changed out the pressure sensor then did the update and ran the dishwasher for about 25min and everything is working without issues.
