Needs new lid assy it?s cracked in the corner. The lid is replaced for a new one. I tested it to make sure the lock was working correctly. It all seems to be working well.

Twin cooling system. The evap fan was frozen up along with the top half of the evaporator. I changed out the entire panel it?s all one piece. Ran and tested it seems to be working good. I steamed the out out as well.

compressors making a buzzing sound when is trying to start but it?s not fully starting could be the starter relay or compressor. check also for software update

I couldn?t find even a single drop of water leaking from the machine. I pulled he back off and found most of the dust was in place in the bottom of the machine. I filled and drained the unit 4 times.

Dishwasher was not draining so I vacuumed it out then started a load and it ran good but then didn?t drain and when it went to the next fill cycle it overflowed and leaked out from the door. I unhooked hoses and vacuumed out both ends then vacuumed it the pump and ended up pull in a piece of plastic out of pump. Ran dishwasher again and it went thru all cycle like it is suppose to and rained without issues

Unit partially disassembled apon arrival, re installed drain trap, drain bellow and pressure tube . Complaint of dryer no operation. Confirmed 240 VAC. Found open thermal fuse. Fuse opened due to element shorting to ground and running heat continuously. Replaced element and fuse. Unit now running. Door not closing properly and needs new door catch. Installed new catch. Tested door and door tested good. Oven- light not working. Replaced customer bulb with customer supplied bulb. Unit tested good, waived diagnostic as courtesy to customer.

-Ge dryer has faulty power supply board needs new main PCB no low dc voltage to interface estimate to repair dryer approx 225 plus tax due. -Ge French door fridge also has no power out of main PCB would need electronics as well Estimate approx 635 plus tax would be due to repair -Dishwasher needs main filter board on chassis but appears to be NLA so we are unable to repair. - Ge gas range needs new main PCB and overlay , has 120 VAC to control but no communication voltage, estimate approx 358.00 plus tax would be due to repair

Cleaned out drain plug and replace jazz board #

They have the vent with the mesh screen on the bottom. I pulled it off and there was about an inch or better of thick wet lint and pet hair. I replaced the vent cover for the traditional flap type. I was just out here in October to do a dryer repair and vent cleaning.

FF section was getting warm and the deli draw was freezing, a new evap fan was installed and it?s workin without issues.

Complaint of no tumble, started unit and motor runs but no tumble. Found broken belt and sticky idler. Needs belt and idler. Recommended rollers customer declined roller replacement. Customer is veteran and no charged rollers as courtesy. Replaced belt idler and rollers. Tested unit and unit tested good.

07/11/2023 12:25 pm by Cristian Ayala Had to take Dryer down in order to confirm volts for Washing machine was not getting 120 ac volts to start I confirm breaker was off while taking the dryer down the vent on the dryer was broken and not connected correctly we added a new vent line and one clamp dryer is drying and installed correctly no bends . Tested both unit working with inspect .

There was def signs of moisture in the vent. He customer seems to think the water came in from rain but the vent is under the deck. It?s also under a window sill. I don?t see a posssible way for rain to get into the vent . The dryer vent hose was very wonky and had a lot of bends in it I made the hose shorter and with less bends so that the heat and moister can escapes the dryer easily. It was a very bizarre set up. I added a pic of the new way I vented it. It?s down to 3 bends and elbows. Which it had six originally

Replace sensor tested unit and working well now

Installed dbl wall oven, tested upper and lower oven and both are working without issues

Customer stated that unit was making a crazy noise and lost cooling in both compartments had unit unplugged for 24 hours but when diagnosing unit had a full frost fans were spinning confirm damper opening and closing and no error codes inform customer to monitor unit had a 90 day service call

Appears gas valve is sticking closed draws approx 3-3.10 amps and never lights Estimate approx 400 plus tax would be due No repair at this time

Replaced the bad board and tested good. Needs a new board 134557201NH see customer notes call Beth with any info no rush part is on back order . Should be warranty repair just replaced the board back in June.

Needs an adapter from 1/4 to 5/16 copper line. He fitting in the plastic end of the fridge hose is leaking. Replaced the end of the hose with the adaptor. No leaking now.

Replaced water inlet solenoid valve And checks ok

Error code F2E1 was displayed which is a error with the control panel. Turned off breaker and accessed control panel and made sure that all connections were secure then put back together and turned back on. Error was gone, turned on upper and lower oven and both preheated to 350? and ran without issues. If this happens again a new control panel will need to be ordered but it?s currently on back order.. part number will be put in notes just in case.

Needs air flow housing and dampener. I replaced it and reset the main board. The dampener was making a loud groaning noise when it would open and close.

Complaint of no tumble. Found broken belt with Chinese rollers that customer stated were replaced 2 months ago by someone else. This unit is the oversized drum and has a special order belt and 5 rollers instead of 4. Use repair kit for 4 rollers and idler. Needs 1 addition roller Al la carte and XL belt. 7/7 installed belt, 5 wheels and pulley. Dryer is running without issues.

Replaced ice maker Informed customer that he will need water pipe customer would like to go along with the repair

Switched out TCO and did quick vent cleaning that was only on 3? of venting. Dryer is running and heating

Dryer was not starting, took apart and tested components and the TCO was broken so a new one was installed along with a maintenance kit that includes 4 wheels, a belt and an idler pulley. Dryer is heating and workin without issues.

DW is leaking at sump, customer decided to get a new one

Dryer was not heating, took apart and tested all components and the heating element was broken, be if the wheels was also broken, a new element, 4 wheels, new belt and idler pulley were installed and it?s working without any issues.

The arm for he ice was broken so it wasn?t recognizing the level of the ice so it kept filling and over filling the housing.

Customer unit has weak cooling coming from fridge confirmed full frost pattern inside of fridge and also that fan is spinning good felt air flow going through damper would recommend temp control board and damper

Replaced damper motor assembly and is functioning properly

Compressor issues variable speed compressor and it?s only running on low it will not speed up even I. Diagnostic mode. It will not keep the fridge and freezer cold.

Entire fridge was warm, checked reading on board and bi metal and heater were good so the board was bad. Took apart freezer and steamed out all the ice the put back together, installed new board and programmed it.

Needs motor no repair at this time Estimate approx 395 plus tax and shipping would be due if ordered

Took auger apart and there is about 3? f ice in the case of it. Customer is going to defrost and see if that works. Part is NLA

Washer is not working, ran diagnostics and there are no error codes but the drum won?t spin, when trying to spin by hand it won?t move at all. Customer is going to get new washer

Will recommend replacing gas valve #

Motor is groaning at start up. It has an intermittent no heat issues. It worked the whole time I was there. But his wife used it the other day and nothing. The sensors all seem to be working fine. Also the igniter seems good. It looks as if it?s the computer or the gas valves which are built into the entire valve body. 16 ur old unit not going to fix

Will recommend re wire everything back and try replace jazz board if compressor is working

Defrost thermostat blown and will need to be replaced as a kit. 7-5-23: Replaced heating element kit ran and tested all and all is getting good frost pattern and thermostats are reading correct ohm reading for unit temp.

Fans were all running, compressor was super hot and entire unit was warm. Tested compressor temp and it was 161? put a cold cloth on it to try and bring temp down and put a new start relay on it but temp didn?t drop and compressor kept clicking on then right back off multiple times. Customer is going to get a new appliance

7/5/23 needs low side assy and compressor no repair Complaint of small ice. Unit has been off and n arrival and is at room temp. Turned on and unit does call for water. Customer advised unit must remain plugged in so we can assess if unit is reaching operating temp. Follow up scheduled for Thursday.

Customers unit would not go into a spin mode when diagnosing unit viewed that the idler was broken off went ahead and replaced maintenance kit

Customer was not getting proper voltage going into the outlet went and tried another outlet unit started right up and confirmed that customer has full frost pattern and that all the fans are spinning informed them on the 90 day service call and to monitor unit complete

Customer unit would not open the door and was spitting a door error code went ahead and replaced door switch ran a rinse and spin and unit operated correctly and completed

Put washer into manual test mode and went thru all options and everything passed without issues. Checked wire harness to make sure everything was connected to the board. Did some customer education with making sure the knobs are clicked onto me of the spots because if not it could trigger it to turn on. If issue does continue a wire harness for the switches is what would be needed.

Complaint of no heat. Confirmed 240 VAC power supply. Confirmed Heat relay closes when heat requested. Measured 74 VAC from line 1 to line 2 through heater circuit when unit is running. Open in heater circuit, found open element. Idler pulley also stripped and eating away at belt. Needs heater element and repair kit. Installed new element and dryer repair kit. Tested unit and unit tested good.

Hooked yellow gas flex line up to gas valve/ regulator on Samsung range and appears ok Shut off fixture appears attached to floor seems loose but does not appear to be leaking would need plumber to address as it?s on the supply side of the shut off valve

Replaced hub now drum and agitator are spinning together and no error codes appeared when running a rinse and spin complete

Icemaker bad replaced and all is running good.

Didn?t see no issue found unit was working when I got on site

Customer had washed a pair of shoes and a pair of cleats in the machine. It stopped mid cycle then drained all the water. The pump ran again then shut off and customer unplugged washer till today. I plugged it back in and ran a small load and it went thru all cycles without issues. I explained to customer that with the shoes it could have thrown it off balance which would cause these issues.

Customer said she was bearing a grinding sound. I ran a wash load and it went thru all cycles without making any unusual sounds. Let customer know it might happen when there is weigh in the basket which would be the bearings and the gear case is NLA. Customer is just going to keep using

Evap fan/ cover assy is NLA Can try just drain upgrade and sensor but cover is NLA cannot guarantee sensor and drain alone will solve issue Estimate approx 230 plus tax due if customer wants to chance sensor and drain only No repair at this time

Cleaned out leak sensor unit is working normal now

Complaint of no operation. Found belt out of track due to broken idler pulley. Fixed with dryer repair kit. Tested unit and unit tested good.

I removed the console and popped the power button back into the the front control panel. I tested it a few times it seems to be good. If it keeps happening. They may need a new console.

Replaced the fridge evap fan it was. It working. It?s going to need the first deli fan it too isn?t working and is all frozen up. Replaced the deli fan assy and tested. The fans are working great for the ff fridge section.

Complaint of warm temps. Measured 31 in FZ and 55 in FF. Complaint of ice build up on FZ fan. Ran defrost test and no amp draw through defrost circuit despite ACU indicating closed circuit. Confirmed continuity through defrost element circuit in FZ. Measured 5.19 kohms resistance though FF Evap thermistor a temperature reading of 52 degrees in line with temperature measurement. Measured 8.9 kohms in FZ Evap thermistor a temp reading of 31 degrees in line with initial temperature measurement. Unit is not going into defrost when requested possibly due to high temps. Defrost logic not outlined in service manual. Inspected evaporator in FZ compartment and frost pattern is indicative of low refrigerant. Unit is low cool in both compartments due to sealed system failure. Customer reaching manufacturer regarding this repair. In addition to sealed system failure FZ door gasket is not aligned. Reinstalled FZ door and supports per service manual instruction and gasket still out of line. This is letting moisture build in FZ compartment causing the ice build up on FZ fan. Customer to reach manufacturer regarding sealed system and gasket.

Drain filter clogged cleared drain ran and tested all is running and draining good.

Ice maker fill tube came off and water was going all in the freezer and freezing. Steamed out freezer, ice maker is working and filled before I left.

Customer unit was making a squealing noise went ahead and cleaned out the inside of the unit and applied service maintenance kit on the unit now it?s operating with in specs complete

Replaced adaptive defrost elec, and unit now defrosts and circulates air

Tenant stated AE code appeared right when they turned it on and dishwasher would not run. I pulled dishwasher out so I could see under it and started a load. There was no water underneath and nothing was leaking while I was there. I ran it for about 25min. Put dishwasher back and started it a few more times and it started every time. Customer is aware they have 90 days for service call with same issues. Landlord gave tenant permission to sign for card since he was not here

Belt broken replaced as kit ran and tested all and all is running good vacuumed inside of dryer.

Complaint of no cool. Measured 78 in FF and 75 in FZ. Compressor is running. Condenser coils are at ambient temperature. Sealed system failure.
