Top load washer was grinding when spinning when I put on speed washer. I took wash plate off and there was a metal washer under it so I removed that and. Leaned the gunk off the gear case and put it all back together and it stopped grinding but the wash plate is stripped and when it stops spinning it makes a very loud noise. I did the software update for the dishwasher. It had 6 errors for not draining. I checked the end of the hose to the sink and cleaned it. GE Combo unit was not drying good. When in dry mode error code 353 was appearing and would not run. I removed the lint filter and it was very dirt and could not be seen through so I used a brush and scrubbed it so you could see through it then cleaned the drain filter. I turned it on dryer mode and ran it while I worked on another dryer in the basement which was not running due to the belt and pulley being broke. I installed a maintenance kit and vacuumed out the inside of the dryer and put back together.
The GE combo unit ran without issues and the code did not appear and the other kenmore dryer is also running without issues

Dryer will not start at all. I tested the thermal fuse right on the heating element and it is bad so a new one of those is needed and it comes in a kit for all the fuses on the element. Took dryer apart and the rollers and idler need to be replaced the rollers are started to shred and the idler has a lot of grease build up. The thermostat on the blower wheel house also needs to be replace the reading is very out of range from what it should be when the dryer is not hot. Part numbers will be in notes if he decides to fix dryer

The washer has multiple issues. The washer fills and agitates, but will not advance into a full spin mode. Water oil mix all over the motor. The washer also has a light bearing issue, which I was able to confirm by hand spinning the tub.
