Refrigerator has freezer on top and there was ice build up on on the bottom of freezer, around evap cover and water was dripping into FF section. I steamed out ice and removed evap cover and the drip pain was all ice over so the drain hole was frozen over and that means the drain line was clogged at the bottom. I steamed put all the ice then pulled fridge out and unclogged the line and clipped the bottom of it off to make the whole bigger which prevents future clogging. Refrigerator is back to normal and working without issues.

Customer stated washer makes the lid lock sound over and over and there was an unactive lid lock fault code in SmartHQ. While in smart HQ I tested all parts of washer and everything worked without issues. I cleared old error then had customer throw in a load of wash and start it how she usually would and it started and wen through a complete wash without any issues. After it was done I hooked Smart HQ up again to make sure there were no error codes and given wash and there were not any.

I would recommend to replace the main board. Getting power to the drain pump now, but the drain pump is only humming now.
