The washer also has a bearing issue, noisy when manually rotating the tub. Double stack set up. Due to the bearing issue, the washer will be too expensive to repair.

dishwasher isn?t running correctly, i put in service mode and it gave a F9E1 which is a draining issues but it does drain just slowly the filter is completely clogged due to not ever having been cleaned then when it was going through service mode it got stuck when it was using diverter and just kept clicking and the motor is running very loud. a sump with diverter is needed along with a drain pump, drain line, spray arm manifold and lower rack wheeled which had fallen off and melted onto heating element.
customer is going to get a new appliance due to all the parts that are needed.

The dishwasher is not latching properly onsite. The dishwasher was being held up by the screws attached to the counter, while the dishwasher legs, were not fully stable to the ground. It seems the top of the dishwasher frame has become warped over time, therefore the door is not fully lining up with the latch. After putting some down pressure on the top of the frame, the door then latches correctly. I informed the tenant on what he can do to make the door latch, but unfortunately no part replacements can fix this issue, since the dishwasher frame is the cause.

The washer passed the diagnostic test. The Customer stated it went out of balance when washing a comforter. I ran and tested the spin cycle with the comforter, and explained how to load the comforter correctly in the washer. its a scratch and dent model, which has extensive damage on the right side frame., which creates a clicking noise on the right frame during the spin cycle, which can not be repaired, due to the frame damage.
