The oven is not reaching the correct tempature. When the oven reaches 350, my tempature gage is reading 30-40 less in degrees. All the elements passed the continuity test. The washer won't go into a cycle on site, and there is a scaping noise coming from underneath the washer. The motor stator was scraping the the motor rotor magnets causeing damage. Both will need to be replaced. Lots of oil accumulated on the floor under the washer, along with oil splatter all over the inner bottom frame. Do to all the oil lost from the gear case, I would also have to recommend that gets replaced also.

The GE washer timer only works and completes certain wash cycle settings. The timer is also louder then usuall. I would recommend to replace the timer. the customer state the LG washer doesn't completely the cycle on the normal setting, but will complete the cycle on other settings. Advised to run the normal cycle again with a medium amount of clothes to rule out a possible unblalancing issue. Otherwise we would have to replace the user interface board to correct that issue.

Dishwasher would not let you do anything on the touch pad but the clean light was lit up but was not flashing. I had her flip breaker and left off for a few min and when it went back on the clean light was off but it would still not let you do anything. I tested voltage from board to UI and it was 5VDC which is correct so UI is getting power just not working. A new UI assy is being ordered.

Hooked up washer and installed new water supply hoses and washer appears to be operational- connected new venting to dryer. Also left large burner on cooktop was not connected- connected wiring at receptacle and burner now works.

The washer has no power and the door is locked. The main board is faulty and will need to be replaced.
