Customer stated even when the water is off, water was leaking from the fridge. There was ice build up on the bottom of the freezer floor. The freezer drain is clogged, therefore water is spilling over during the fridge defrost cycle. I cleared and unclogged the drain with a steamer, and checked the back side of the fridge to ensure the drain was clear. Ran a cup of water down the drain to make sure it goes down with no problems. Everything is working properly now.

W11429620 Main control board for washer to replace is going to be $660 I have improper voltage to the touch screen and it won?t turn on. Error codes F6 e2 f2 e1 stuck key on control pad and communication failure of the main board. The microwave needs a new control pad it?s goin to be about $250 to fix. The fridge has the craft ice maker and it?s not working. I ran the test on it and reset it. The ice maker is unresponsive. $350 for the ice maker repair. I let him know that there is a class action law suit against lg and he should contact them for possible warranty repair.

Dryer: heats but takes a long time to dry the cloths. I took dryer apart and tested all components and they were all good. I cleaned out lint trap which was clogged and vacuumed out inside of dryer. Then did a short run vent cleaning.
Washer: cleaned out filter and all around gasket sick had clogged in it and lots of dog hair build up.
Dishwasher: was not drying dishes due to heating element not coming on but there was no model number and the kick plate was MIA that had the tech sheet. When I?d put in service mode the UI would light up but not go into service mode and the clean light just stayed lit and gave no codes.
I took door off and tested board and the board is getting 120VAC and the element has continuity so a new board is needed. One was ordered and I Will be going back on Friday to install.

The dispenser parts could not get done use to a screw that was stripped and could not be removed from bottom of door. I tried and a senior tech also attempted. WD40 was used along with trying to drill it out and it was still not coming out and we did not want to damage door.

Customer unplugged fridge and left it for a bit 5e. Plugged it back in and it was working fine. I checked temps of FF and FZ and both are normal and compressor is running.
Dryer starts intermittently but when it does it shuts off after a few min. Customer got a Heater relay error code, I looked at board and there are no burn marks the. I tested all components and they all test good.
I then noticed the start switch was acting funny and when you play around with it you can get the dryer to run and not shut off. A new switch is being ordered.
8/19. Ustomer said dryer has been working without issues since I left Friday so they are going to hold off on fixing it for now but the part number will be in the notes to order if the issue starts happening again.
