The dryer is noisy on site, but does have heat. The dryer blower wheel was damaged, which was making the noise, and also not properly exhausting the heat. Ran complete cycle with clothes that were in washer and unit completed full cycle and dryed load.
No error codes stored in memory in test / service mode.
Checked temperature and they are spot on.
It is normal operation if tenet is doing mixed loads ( heavy items and light items ) together and the lighter items are dry but heavier items are damp in seams etc.
per owners manual it is recommended to sort items and dry like items together to avoid poor drying performance.
Selecting very dry option and turning energy saver off will help alittle.
Also if only drying one or two items recommend using timed dry as computer will shut unit off.
Unable to locate any issues and appears to be operating normally.

Tested fan and air channels all is blowing good, tested temperatures at the vent in FF section is at 1.2? temperature setting was set lower than recommended level when arrived customer digital thermometer was a 41? in middle front of machine, instructed him that that thermometer is very inaccurate and how to get a more accurate temperature reading from the refrigerator. Tested airflow and temperature in FR section temperature is running at -2.6? and all airflow is good.

The dishwasher was not draining onsite. The was a rubber band jamming the drain pump. I removed the rubber band and cleaned the filter area. Ran and tested, the dishwasher now drains properly.
