Washer was showing an OL error when he tried to use it which was an overload error then when I put it in service mode I was getting a F32 error which is a water level switch failure. It would not go through the diagnostic due to that error code.
When I tried a quick was it started for about 5 seconds then thru the OL error even though nothing was in it.
I tried rinse, drain and spin option and it just kept filling and did nothing else.
A new board is needed but due to washer being 16 years old board is NLA so customer is going to get a new washer.

Dryer will power on but won?t start and after a few min an F1 error code shows which usually is a control board issue so I took took off dryer and looked at the main board and n the back there is a burn mark on a relay(pic is in documents) which is the pop sound they heard. When I took back off f the wires wasn?t connected and the wrong TCO kit was installed. None of the colors of the wires match the schematics so I was unable to get dryer running. I let customer know I could come back with a senior tech but the wife said she is going it talk to husband about just getting a new dryer.

Cx complaint was that the unit was spitting a unbalance error code when diagnosing unit on site was not able to replicate issue informed cx that I went ahead and calibrated the unit and if issue keeps on happening will start off by changing shocks
