Dishwasher would start then Stop after filling hooked up smart HQ there was a no fill error and a failure of drain error. I tested all components through service mode and everything worked. I then tried to run it again and an H20 error appeared which means a new pressure sensor is needed.

Dishwasher would not turn off, the base of the dishwasher was completely filled with water. Dishwasher had an E25 error code, customer stated he had cleaned all the water out of the dishwasher but the sink backed up into it and was full again.
When I tried to do a force drain it would not work and the error showed. I unhooked the drain line which was not a high loop and was laying across bottom of cupboard. I cleaned it all out and took the filter out which was full of food and attached the line back with a high loop. I started it and it ran and drained without issues. I started a few times to make sure it would drain and there was no issues and no more code.

Bake igniter is starting to get weak and oven door hinges are also slightly over extended- recommend igniter and hinges estimate approx 300-325 plus tax would be due

Dishwasher isn?t drying dishes. Husband replaced heating element and it was still not working. I tested element at board and it has continuity but it?s not receiving the voltage needed to work so a new board is needed. This appliance is 8 years old so customer is going to keep using for now since it still washes dishes.
An estimate was emailed to customer and part number will be in notes if they change their mind
