The middle sections of the frame of the fridge between the doors was burning hot to the touch but the FZ and FF section were working without issues. That indicates a condenser fan issues. I took back cover off and the compressor was running but the fan was not. I went to move he of the blades and a dead mouse fell out of above the fan and the fan started working again. I let customer know the fan motor might burn out quicker because it had been trying to run but couldn?t since a mouse was stuck in it. I let him know if it happens again to check fan first and if nothing is stuck we will keep the motor part in the notes so we can order it.

The dryer won't start onsite. The timer knob does not feel normal when rotating. The dryer will sometimes start depending on the position of the timer knob, but will shut down when releasing the start button. The knob itself also has cracks on the back side. customer said the washer is doing what it did last time and would not finish spinning out. i got there and put it in service mode and noticed the hot water was turned off and they said they always have it off. i turned it back on and it completed diagnosis without issues.
I put cloths in and did a quick wash and it completed the whole wash without any errors. i talk to customer about the hot water needing to be turned on even if they don?t use it cuz the hot water always gets used just isn?t hot only. if it?s not getting hot water the load isn?t getting as much wasted as it needs and will cause it to go unbalanced.

FF section was at 52? FZ was at 13? condenser fan was not running when I got there and compressor was hot. I put in service mode and everything tested good even condenser fan came on. After service mode condenser fan was working again and getting 120 from board. I took freezer apart and tested components in there and they were good and the frost pattern was good. It seems to be an intermittent issue w condenser fan motor. Since it?s working now customer is going to wait and see if it continues to work but also is going it look around for new fridge due to this one being 14 years old.
