I turned on cooling in both sections and closed doors and evap fan came on and compressor so I gave it bout 20 min to see if it cooled at all and when I checked again fan and. Oppressor had shut back off. I checked defrost timer and moved it into correct position and everything came back on. I gave it another 20min and there was still no cool and no frost patter. New fridge is needed. Called and talked to landlord and let her know what was going on and. Barges the card that she had on file.

There was an inverter board connected to compressor and I tested that and it was getting 5VDC at red and white wires and 120VAC with black and orange. A new inverter bis arc is needed. Fridge is 12 years old and customers decided to get a new one and not fix this one.

Dryer is throwing an F3E8 error which is sensor on compressor. I tested it and it?s reading about 1200kohms but it should be reading same as other sensor which is at around 530kohms. It?s reading at a temp to high so it?s shutting down dryer after a few minutes. A new compressor sensor is needed. Also let them know that if for any reason this does not fix issues than the sensor overheating cause the board to go bad so that would also be needed but that hopefully the sensor will fix issues.

Front load washer would turn on but the start would not work neither would a few of the other buttons and I could not get it into diagnostic mode, I took apart console and used rubbing alcohol and a q-tip to clean off key pad then put it back together and all the buttons are working again. I let customer know that if this happens again it would be best to just get a new console so the part number will be in the notes if it?s ever needed. Started a quick wash and it was going through without issues. Let customer know if this does happen in the next 90days trip charge is covered and labor will be applied and he would only own for part and if 5e the is a difference in labor.

Ran and tested the washer. Fills, agitates, spins and drains properly. The washer does need to be leveled, so the spin basket is centered. More then likely it was an overloading unbalanced issue. Advised not to over load the washer, and to call back if the issue happens again after leveling. The dryer is working onsite, and the tempature is properly going up and down. The vent for the dryer had a bird nest in it. The dryer temp was reading a max of 200 degrees, after removing the bird nest, the dryer then gave a temapture average of (134-170). Advised to not overload the dryer. No burning smell on site.

Dishwasher is probably going to need software updates. The washer seems fine it has no fault codes and it seems like it?s coming up to speed on the final spin. Someone had taken wire mesh and screwed it into the dryer vent opening at the flapper. It was packed with lint and little to no air flow coming out. Clothes should dry better now that it can breath and blow the moister out. Software update is done for the dishwasher. The display comes on and is working. If it is still a problem it will need a new main control board.
