Waster was leaking from freezer into the FF section. When I looked at freezer the entire bottom of the inside was iced over and all along the evap cover.
I steamed the ice out and took off the evap cover and there was ice built up all on the drip pan. I defrost that and cleaned the drip hose and there is nothing else backed up in the hose and everything is working without issues

Refrigerator (2010) is completely warm but lights are on and fan is running. Error code is gone and when I went into diagnostics it did not show. I tested compressor and the windings are good then I checked inverter board which was flashing 5 times and that indicated a locked compressor but inverter is also not sending voltage to compressor. The board is only available on Amazon due to it being discontinued. Talked to customer and let him know that we could try inverter board but it could also end up being the compressor. Customer decided he is just going to get a new fridge.
Customer said oven was not heating up the way it should. I tested igniter and it was good, Temp sensor was good then I did highs and lows and oven was sitting at the right temp. Customer said food was cooking good but thermometer was reading different then they had it set to. I explained to customer that those can be off by 20?-50?

I replace the left rear drum roller it had fallen off. It was seized up and it spun the nut off the back of it. I checked the other three drum rollers. I cleaned and lined those as well. I also checked the belt and the belt tensioner pulley. The belt is good and the newer pulley with the ball bearing is already installed. I reassembled the unit and tested it! The dryer is super quiet now and is working good.

I have voltage from the refrigerator to the start mechanism. The start mechanism has 120v the compressor is not turning on at all. The ice maker is loaded up with ice all around it. It?s bound up and not going to dump ice. There are updates on samesung ice makers for this problem. The update usually replaces the main computer board, a new ice maker, new heater and probes. The repair is roughly around $800.00. The dryer was making a noise on site. The back right supporter wheel was damaged. Repaired the issue with the Samsung maintenance kit. Ran and tested, the dryer no longer makes the noise and is working properly.

Then washer will not advance into a full spin cycle on site. It will run for a bit during the sensing stage, but then beeps and shuts off before going into a spin cycle. The washer gave an E47 error code. This indicates that the sensor in the door lock is faulty. I replaced the door lock, ran and tested, the washer now goes into a full spin cycle and works properly. The washer completed a full spin cycle.
