Range, 20 year old gas and the seal around left front burner was coming out from under burner I was able to get the burners off and it was just pushed out from built up grease so I cleaned that burner off along with the other and customer had me swap back burner parts with front because it was in better shape. Everything fits right and is working without issues.
Washer is very loud and tub moves around when in use. When you push on agitator it should bounce right back up without any extra sling but it bounces around in all directions, new suspension rods are needed and being ordered.

W11395639 FF evap cover and fans main fan for the fridge section isnt coming on. I took all the shelves out of the fridge so that I could access the evap fan housing. I removed this part and installed the new one. Something looks like it burned up inside the fridged at some point there was black like soot marks on the back wall of the fridge. Reassembled and plugged it back in the evap fan for the ff section of the fridge is working now. It may take up to 12 hrs for it to reach the proper temperature.

I couldn?t find any leak with the washer. I tried a normal cycle and rinse and spin. The only sign of water leak is at the soap dispenser drawer. I found they?re using tide free and clear non HE soap. That?s the only thing I could see that could potentially cause the washer to leak. All the hoses look good I tightened them at the wall and the washer. I pulled the back off and looked for leaks no signs of water anywhere underneath and in the back.

I found the door wasn?t closing because the upper rack silverware tray was stopping the door from closing properly. See attached pic. I moved the rack back a couple of inches. The door seems to close fine now. Still no leak found. I reassembled and told the customer to keep an eye on it and call us back it it?s still an issue.

The igniter failed the amprage test. The oven will need a new igniter. I replaced the igniter, ran and tested, the oven now has heat and it working properly. The Stover burner just needed to be cleaned.
