First ting I did was unhook venting and ran dryer, the element was Turing on and cycling but it was going on and off everything 45seconds or so which is not common. The temp was around 143? while this was happening. I tested all components and everything tested good. But I changed out he cut out kit and installed a maintenance kit then did a vent cleaning and it was very clogged which could be a main cause of the issue. After vent cleaning I ran dryer for about 10min to make sure it was staying hot and it was.
