Ice maker s not working, when I first tested for voltage there was none coming from board and the ice marker would not do anything when I was using jumper wires. I had customer er turn fridge off and tested everything for resistance and everything tested good. When fridge came back on the board started giving voltage to ice maker but ice maker would still not go on.
Due to board working after resetting and ice maker not working either way both parts are needed. Fridge is 11 years old so customer things they are going out pass on repair but an estimate was emailed to them and part numbers are in notes if they change their mind.

I ran the dishwasher for a solid 30 mins and not a drop of water was found leaking anywhere. I filled the soap dispenser with the liquid soap they use and it?s fine. It?s not over filling or over flowing with suds. I was told the ceiling below the kitchen is soaking wet. I don?t see water leaking from the drain line or anywhere under the sink. The water line isn?t leaking. The dishwasher has a water drip tray underneath it to capture water and leaks. The underside of the dishwasher is bone dry not a drop of water to be seen. This is at an office building. I?m not sure where the water is coming from but it?s definitely not the dishwasher.

Customer states the washer has had some intermittent issues on completing the cycle. The GE smart HQ Diagnostic tool shows the washer has been out of balance several times, but did pass all diagnotstic test. The Shocks are still good, and the washer is leveled. Ran a spin cycle with wet clothes, and it went through with no issues. Advised the customer to not overload the washer, and that sometimes clothes will just bunch up on one side of the tub, causing it to go out of balance.

Freezer was iced over bad the heater tested good. I didn?t get any ohms testin the bi-metal defrost. I replaced this part. Dishwasher still needs rubber baffles for the corners. Half to go back and change the defrost timer it?s still not defrosting properly. I can hear the timer running but it will only defrost when I move it mechanically. I replaced the timer and it ran the defrost cycle and the fridge fired back up when it was done. The unit should be working good now!

Drain pump and gasket check ok and no sign of water coming from either part replaced previous- only leak I was able to find was coming from dispenser drawer cleaned and adjusted drawer and leak seemed to stop -recommend replacing drawer if problem persists part is approx 67.00 plus tax and shipping
