The dryer is stacked on top of the washer. I had to run to the Home Depot and get the right length gas line. I swapped the 48? hose for he 60? hose. I need an adaptor for the gas line to fit the dryer fitting. I sealed all of the fittings for the gas line. I ran a new dryer hose that the customer had. I ran and tested the dryer. It?s heating and workin well. The box store never tested the washer. I ran it to make sure it worked and that it wasn?t leaking. The support brackets weren?t installed on the back of the washer so I put those on to connect the dryer to the washer so it doesn?t fall down.

Standing water on site. The washer drained the water out when I put it in a drain and spin cycle. I was able to drain the washer 3 seperate times with no issues. Cleaned the drain filter out. Customer stated that the sink was clogged and over flowed at one point. There a good chance the water siphoned back into the washer when the water goes above the drain hose. I unclogged the sink, but they will need a plumber if it continues to back up. I would also recommend to put a mesh filter on the end of the drain hose.

No noticable debris with in or on the heating element. Removed the lint from within the dryer and cleaned where it can potentially cause an issue. The exhaust vent is clear and does not need to be cleaned. There was a piece of jewelry stuck on the front drum seal, therefore it was scraping when ever the drum is moving.

When using water dispenser interior lights will randomly shut off. Was not able to recreate issue but there is a service bulletin about it and fridge needs a new board. Customer is going to decide if they want to fix this or get a new one and will let us know by end of day if they want it fixed. Part number will be in notes
