Dishwasher has an F6E4 which is a water input error. I tested the voltage going to the valve and it was only getting 2.6V so the board is not sending enough for the valve to open. A new board is needed and is being ordered.
4/8 installed new board and same issue was happening w the same code. Valve was still not getting the voltage. I took door off again and was checking the wires and one of the wires on the harness was broken. Customer said they are getting a new appliance

The oven button seemed like it was sticking for the middle tray. If the tray isn?t recognized then the upper and lowe ovens won?t run at the same time. This is a Samsung slide in oven with the double doors on the front. On the dishwasher I pulled the main board out and noticed there was no green flashing light on the computer board. I checked for power and had zero coming into the board. I pulled the cover for the main wire connecting from the house to the dishwasher. I heard a buzzing noise and saw some sparks. I tripped the breaker. I went to pull the wire nut off and the main power wire fell right out. I cut and trimmed the wires and put the nut back on. The dishwasher turned right on and is working good!

The 240 outlet is damaged, and it also damaged the dryer power cord. Recommend to replaced the power cord, and to call an electrician for the outlet. I replaced the power cord. Advised to call back if there are any issues after the outlet is fixed.
