When I first got there it counted down from 140 mins and decreases its time by 10 seconds every few seconds. I went into diagnostic mode and found a door lock error and the door not latching within 4second count down. I ran and tested the unit in diagnostic and everything worked fine. I ran again in regular customer mode. I ran 4 cycles without any problems. I noticed the right side of the dishwasher was not connected to the cabinets. This was causing the door to bind up a little. I installed a new screw to stop the dishwasher from moving around. It may need a new door latch if the problem occurs again. It is possible the main computer board is an issue. At the moment the unit is running good. I cleared the codes out of the dishwasher. F5-E1 f5-e2

There was a leak with one of the hoses but it was coming loose from the bottom of the washer tub so that was pushed back up and tightened and it stopped leaking. Let customer know she will most likely need a drain pump soon as hers looks like it?s full of mold and she said she will call us when it stops working. Drain pump part number will be in notes.

It had a 2e and a 39e code flashing on the display. I replaced the fridge temp sensor and the thermistor for the fridge. Plugged it back in and the codes are gone. The water and ice weren?t working because the codes were flashing on The touch screen. I tested the water and it?s working fine. The fridge temp was at 42 degrees. It may have been running a bit warm for the ice maker to make cubes. The auger is working and it seems like all should be working. It may take about 48hours for ice maker to start producing ice. The fan for the fridge is working good it should be cooling just fine.

Customer said dryer was shutting off after about 2 min. Ran on time dry and it ran over 15min and didn?t shut off. Put a blanket in from washer which was damp and ran on normal and it ran over 10min and didn?t shut off. Was not able to recreate issues. While here customer asked me to check inside of lint trap put because the log screen wouldn?t go all the way in. So took it apart and there was about an inch or so of lint in the bottom of it so. Leanne sit out and it goes all the way in now. Customer had new venting put in less than a year ago. If dryer starts to shut off again within 90 days they were told the trip. Harte is still covered.

The bolts for the burners are all corroded and need to be drilled out in order to remove the burner and replace the electrode. The orifices need to be cleaned too with a small wire. It?s going to need both the front electrodes for it to work. The customer is going to by a cordless screw gun and drill bits to try and take the burners off himself.

Customer complaint was that the unit was leaking on to there floor when diagnosing unit seen it was coming from the diverter inform customer that it?s best to do the sump assembly because with changing the diverter by its self the unit can still leak so if customer wants to go along with repair would recommend sump

Ran a diagnostic on the washer. The washer did not finish the diagnostic in a reasonable time, an made a loud scratching noise in the process . Washer gave a motor fault error code, and clearly has a bearing issue. Dryer vent has no lint build up and does not need to be cleaned.
