I couldn?t find anything wrong with the washer and dryer. I checked all over both machines to make sure there weren?t any sharp edges on the plastic or the metal. I found nothing. I also ran both units to makes sure they were operating correctly. The both seem fine. The one blouse she showed me had a group of pin holes in it and she states that?s what happens to her clothes. She?s going to try a moth repellent in her closet. She will let us know if that makes a difference. I also told her to not dump the laundry soap directly on the clothes. The ice maker is frozen and icy in the back. It needs the update kit possibly. Defrosted and she?s going to check to see if it?s going to work first.

When I plugged in SmartHQ to the oven and tested there was multiple fault codes of a communication error. The led on the main board wasn?t lit up when I pulled the cover off. I didn?t have any relays clicking when I tried the oven. I tested the bake and broil elements and they were good. The high limit thermostat also tested good. I replaced the board and tested. I now had power to the relays but still not heating. I found there was only 120v going to the oven. I found the wire at the junction box had shorted inside the wire nut.no removed and replaced with the correct size wire nut. Reassembled and tested the oven is working great.

Dishwasher was not draining, used smart HQ and everything worked but that and no update was available. In order to access the drain pump I had to move refrigerate and put feet up all the way on dishwasher and slide it out. I took pump off and cleaned it then put back on and ran dishwasher and it started to drain. Dishwasher was put back and is working without issues.

Motor is making a humming sound on site. I checked the blower wheel to make sure nothing was clogged. The motor itself would not spin freely, seems the motor is seized up. I would recommend replacing the motor. Customer will call back if he wants to go through the repair.

I replaced the start mechanism. It wasn?t allowing the compressor come on all the time. I cleaned out the drain for the freezer evap. It should be fine after it sits and defrosts.
