It acts like the computer board is nt talking to the rest of the washer. It gets hung up in the rinse and then to spin cycle. Stuck at 2 min and won?t complete. It?s not draining all the water out although the drain pump is working good and sounds good. It just then stops. From there it does a really slow spin speed and not getting clothes dried out. It seems to be working ok now. If the problem arises again it?s probably going to need the main board. DC92-01998A This repair will be about $335

The dryer will not go into cycle on site. The thermal cut off fuse did not pass the continuity test, it will need to be replaced. The thermistor was reading higher then normal, and will need to be replaced. The dryer vent is clear and not clogged, no restrictions of airflow. Washer: when you put the coins in the slider gets stuck and you have to pull it hard to get it back out. I took it apart and there was a screw that had come loose and was hanging dow and catching on the plastic part the coins drop into so I tightened the screw and it?s sitting where it should and it?s now sliding in and out without any issues

Customer complaint was that the unit was not making any ice when diagnosing unit viewed it was spitting a ice maker error code and the sensor on the ice maker was just hanging another thing that I notice was that the customer had weak water pressure going into the unit which was not filling up the tray when adding water went ahead and replaced ice maker unit operating with in specs but should take longer for it to make ice because off the pressure issue would have to get in contact with a plumber to get that issue resolved complete

Machine was not spinning when put into test mode. Took machine apart and noticed the agitator had come loose, most likely from overloading. Told customer to reduce load sizes by half as excess towels can prematurely damage the machine / loosen and break components. Machine tested good.
