I found the belt was burned up and the pulley was seized to the shaft and not spinning. I replaced these parts. I also cleaned and lubed the drum rollers. I replaced the blower wheel it had a crack in the plastic and was very loose on the motor shaft. I put the parts that were taken off by the customer back on the unit. Ran and tested for 20 min and no issues. The dryer starts right up and spins. The heat is good too.

2nd opinion diagnostic, adding on gas regulator in addition to safety valve. Can change parts in order of lowest cost to highest cost to try and rule out high cost item. Unit is not getting proper gas volume to bake/broil valves and there is no way to determine if safety valve or regulator is causing this. Customer did hire AP plumbing who measured utility pressure at 7 WC. RGE did reduce pressure to 6.4 WC.
Customer looking at all options before performing repair. Hold on to safety valve for time being and order regulator for return repair.

It had a door switch and float switch error code stored in the unit. It also had the heater error code which reset when I ran diagnostics. The heater is workin well. THe dishwasher is working I ran and tested it for quite a while, if it happens again we should order a door switch and a float switch when we come back out. WPW10653840 and WPW10195039 just in case. Side note the user interface was acting a little wonky just before I was about to leave. The control lock was on and flashing I had to hold the button down for 3 second to shit it off. I never turned on the control lock while operating the unit.

DRYER: The dryer vent was disconnected in two different areas. I reconnected the vents and seal all air gaps with dryer vent tape. The dryer now has a strong flow of air blowing outside.
WASHER: The washer has damaged along the front lip of the washer door boot, therefore water is leaking from the door. The washer door boot will need to be replaced.
