I removed the door panel to inspect for leaks, and noticed all the gunk and debris within the door and outside the door. I removed the gunk and cleaned both sides of the door. I leveled the dishwasher so the water is not favoring the front of the door. I Was not able to see any leaks on site, but took preventative measure to help decrease any water leaks. Advised to call back if the dishwasher washer leaks again.

Standing water on site. After testing the dishwasher, the drain pump does not seem to work everytime it's suppose to drain. The drain pump will just sometimes hum, without draining the water. The drain pump is faulty and will need to be replaced. I replaced the drain pump, ran and tested multiple times, the dishwasher now drains everytime. I would also recommend to update the dishwashers drainage set up, although it drains, I was able to see from the basement that the water doesn't completely flow through the drain, possibly because of the U trap creating back pressure.

Needs a new ice maker 4/23 I pressed the the test/reset buttons and both ice makers went through the process. Even the one in the fridge section. Which it didn?t do the other day when I was there. I went into diagnostic mode and didn?t see any codes come up. I reset the main board by holding down the reset button. The customer is going to see if it?s making ice and dumping it. They will call us back. It seems to be a sealed system issue the fridge temp is good but the freezer and the in the door ice maker are at 20degrees. The fans for the freezer evaporator are working. I didn?t see a lot of cooling or frost on the evaporator cooling fins. The unit is less than 4yrs old I told them to call lg and tell them they having cooking issues. There is a 10yr warranty on the linear compressors.

Dryer needs a new latch and a couple new screws for the hinge for it to close properly. Laurie Gates 585-409-4231 is the tenant that lives there. Michael is the landlord. The washer is probably 20-25 yrs old it needs a new gear box and a lid switch to make it work properly. $425 to fix the washer. Not going to fix the washer only the dryer. CC is on file. I changed the latch and the wrong screw. I straightened and adjust the door to get it to close better. I took apart the blower and fan housing for the lint screen. The lint screen wouldn?t slide all the way down and the lint was packed inside he housing and fan. I ran and tested it the unit seems to be fine.
