Replaced capacitor as courtesy as it was damaged during disassembly Drain pump had trouble starting during testing , may just be due to running dry could not get it to fail again after water was in unit Customer to monitor

Customer already had the agitator tower disassembled, with the center bolt unscrewed, but it was still jammed in place. I was able to get the agitator off by lifting and rocking left and right. I removed the shirt, ran and tested, unit is now working good.

Replaced ice route da97-19028B tested unit multiple time didn?t see no issue .

Customer has a bad igniter not providing any amps went ahead and replaced igniter unit now operating with in specs complete

When removing cover in the freezer side notice big ice Rock around the corner of the the coils this is unusually a sign Low on refrigerant told customer this might last a year or less not really sure icemaker Is making ice fine possible issue can be temp in freezer causing ice to stick together. Customers unit had a bunch of frost builded up on the left hand side of the freezer when diagnosing unit and opening fridge seen a gap on the freezer door not properly shut allowing warm and cold air to get in which caused all the frost cleaned it up and educated customer to make sure they are closing the door right and to monitor it

Door door skin off to make sure inner door was not wet to verify dispenser was not leaking and it?s not. Going to order lower door seal. 9/5 ordering lower spray arm 9/7 installed new lower spray arm and ran on heavy duty for about 20min without a leak then put it in and be hour wash and ran it for 25min without a leak.

Customer has a bad compressor causing both the freezer and the fridge compartment to have no cooling customer will have to start exploring there options on a new unit complete

Ran a spin cycle with towels, and noticed noises that sound like the unit has a barring issue in spin mode. very loud when the tub starts to slow down and end the cycle. Customer states she's plans on buying a new one, just wanted confirmation if this was the issue.

The fridge temp was 72 and the freezer was 70. I pulled the covers off the back of the freezer and the evap fan is working. The coils are all room temperature no signs of frost and not even cool. I pulled the unit it out and removed the rear plate. The compressor and fan are running and working. The coils are a little dusty but nothing to cause the unit to not cool. I unplugged the unit and let sit for 2 min. I reset the unit let in run for 20 min and still no frost in the evap coil. Unit is a Kenmore elite built by lg. there is an issue with the sealed system or possibly the compressor has failed internally. Unit is 4yrs old and under warranty she is having sears come look at it.

She may need this control panel if the bottom doesn?t hold WE19M1687. Pulled the dryer apart to get the spring out for the power button. Installed the spi.ring and glued it in. If it breaks again it?s time to replace the user interface or possibly the dryer.

Washing machine has standing water on site, and is not draining. Unit needs a new drain pump. Customer does not want to go through with the repair due to price, and the fact that his control bourd is also giving him issues.

Checked full frost about 15 min in and only partial frost this is a seal system issue will recommend getting compressor checked .

Shaft is getting stuck in on position. Ordering new one and switches 9/7 installed new gas valve but switches were not needed. Everything is working

When diagnosing unit customer washer would not go into a agitation or a spin mode and will spit a unbalanced error code when looking at the bottom the belt is on right and when detached the motor will spin customer had a bad gear case and will need to be replaced also educated him on the additional tec as well will get back to us if wanting to go along with repair

Customer complained of washer leaking. Filled washer and ran it a bit then drained and no leak. Inside the cabinet of the washer is completely dry and hoses are not leaking anywhere. Checked drain pipes in back of washer and there is water and suds on them. Let customer know that she needs to contact a plumber. Talked to customer about not over filling freezer because if seal can?t happen on door ice will form on the inside due to hot air getting in.

After diagnosing the oven, nothing was found. Ran and tested, the smell seems to be going away, or not as strong anymore.

Replaced seized idler , bad element and cleared venting Unit checks ok

Washer was not working, when on the drain pump would run constantly and once off there was a hair clip in it. Installed new drain pump and lid lock and washer is working without issues.

Needs a new door lock he motor is shot and making bad noises. I removed the oven from under the counter, then , the front door , the control panel and all necessary pieces to get to the door lock. I replaced the door lock and put the unit back together. I tested the oven, it is working well.

Inlet valve allowing leak by and causing sump to refill between washes, changed inlet valve ran and tested all is leak free.

The top of the vent was covered with tape and aluminum foil like material. This was blocking the air flow and there was grease and grime that had leaked into the main board. There?s powers going to the board but none coming out. The computer board is $315 + 115.00 for labor shipping and taxes. Makin the repair over $500.00

Customer had corrosion build up on the display went ahead and cleaned it up if issues happens again would recommend the display board console but I do have the unit working with in specs complete

Complaint of ice door staying open, handle clearly broken. Quoted for new ice door assembly. Customer will call if he opt to repair.

Customer unit has a bunch of grease build up on the bottom of the unit when going into a spin mode will cause the unit to make a crazy noise during the spin operation also when putting into a test mode the lid lock error and pump error would appear seems like the board had a miscommunication problem my recommendation would be gearcase drain pump and main board

Checked drain hoses and tub and agitator and there is nothing that would cause a bad smell that can be seen. Washer is old customer is going to keep using.

Fridge- Complaint of no ice. Temps feel off. Measured 57 degrees in FF section. Measured 13 degrees in FZ. Dual Evap. Noticed signs of ice on FF evaporator cover. Disassembled and evaporator is completely iced up. Measured Evap. Thermistor at 9.11 k ohms which equates to 32 degrees a valid reading. ACU is receiving proper information from sensor but is not defrosting. Ordered ACU. Low temps will cause no ice. Frost pattern sufficient. Returned to install ACU. Measured 40 degrees in FF and -6 in FZ. Installed new ACU. Customer complaint of no ice. Ran ice harvest test and unit ejected ice. Ran ice fill test and IM filled with water. Customer advised could not diagnose IM due to temperatures on initial service call, ice makers will not work if temps are above 10 degrees. IM performing functions in test mode with new ACU installed. Customer advised wait at least 24 hours for ice. If issue persists needs new IM. SEE ADDITIONAL NOTES FOR PART # and labor rate. Dryer- Complaint of no heat. No igniter glow. Found open circuit in heater circuit. Found open thermal fuse. Replaced thermal fuse. Tested unit and unit tested good. Vent tested unit and unit tested good.

Evap fan was not working and an SY EF error code was showing. A new fan was installed but is still not working which mean a bad board customer is going to get a new appliance

Complaint of no start on regular cycle. No agitation. No drain. Unit is empty on arrival. Move timer to regular normal and cycle starts without issue. Unit fills but does not agitate. Spin does not work on regular. Advance to spin in delicate and unit does drain. Jumped connector 1-3 on pressure switch and unit does agitate. Pressure switch opens fill valves but does not close L1 to motor. In spin unit should spin regardless of water level switch using pressure bypass circuit but only spins in 1 setting. Unit needs water level switch and timer. Water level switch is no longer available for this unit. Part # 40077201

Customer has a bad range spark module and infestation every where inside the unit lane loses will be exploring there options on getting a new unit complete

Replace belt tested unit spins fine now

Belts are stretched out and will need to be replaced. Replaced belt kit ran and tested all and all is running good and quite.

Complaint of no wash. Wash motor hums but no circulation. Power to wash motor. Needs new wash motor. Customer researching replacement cost. Will call if they opt to repair.

Ran unit through test mode all is testing good temperatures are dropping, monitor the unit and call if problem returns or refrigerator stays warm insure you leave the unit plugged in for proper diagnosis.

Complaint of no bake. Confirmed igniter glow but no combustion. Needs new igniter. Replaced igniter. Tested unit via 250 degree bake and unit tested good.

I replaced the evaporator fan and cover assy it was frozen up badly and the styrofoam insulation was coming apart. I defrosted the upper fan area and Installed a new evap thermal sensor. The drain was frozen over in the fridge section. Plus the bottom of the fridge was full of water and ice. I used my steamer to defrost the drain and the bottom of the fridge. I installed a new drain tube update kit to the back of the fridge. I told the customer it will probably take a good 6+ hours to reach temperature. It was 79 degrees when I left.

Drain clogged with dust and rust removed all tested and all is draining good

Drain pump was running for 30 seconds then shutting off for 30 second then Would just do that cycle over and over. The UI would not show any display and you could not choose anything. When looking at drain pump the connection was bad which lead to a short and it fried the board. Customer is getting a new dishwasher

Cleaned he orifices on all the top burners. I replaced the worn out bake element. It was not getting hot enough.

Screw driver that fell into lint slot was jamming the motor. Therefore the unit was not able to run. I removed the screwdriver, ran and tested. Everything working good now. Vacumed out the lint from there vents.

Garage fridge door out of alliagnment realigned all sealing good. Indoor refrigerator evap drain clogged cleared drain and ice all is draining good, installed new water filter on inside refrigerator tested all is running good.

Gfci breaker tripped - reset breaker and ran both washer and dryer at same time for extended period of time and unit did not fail. This is an older machine and is on a gfci breaker - may want to talk to an electrician to see if it can go on a normal breaker if local codes will allow ?if not may have to look into getting a newer up to date machine to prevent intermittent gfci tripping issues

Bad connection on display module display module will need to be replaced to correct.

When I got to customer home unit was filled with ice told customer we have to have unit not working to confirm what?s wrong with unit .

Washer was making a noise when running, drain hose was rattling against base of machine and the bearings are going. Customer is going to use till it breaks

The one ge fridge everything seems to be working except I have no frost on the evaporator. The unit is out of refrigerant. The second GE mini fridge compressor is not turning on. It needs a new starter relay. The repair is going to be around $350 a new Frigidaire that size goes for $440. The LG the LG fresh food or icemaker is working fine. The freezer icemaker keeps freezing up on the customer. I don?t see where they offer or have the frost for the icemaker filt tube

Dryer was making a weird noise when spinning, there was a golf tee stick in between the drum and case. Item was removed and there is no more sounds

Unit off apon arrival, turned unit on and compressor started cooling the system Will need to catch unit in failed state if issue returns

Door when swapped from right to left door switch wires where pinched and finally broke was able to butt connect wires together if problem returns will need the door switch wire harness

Samsung dishwasher was spitting a leak error code and the drain pump would run non stop customer had to turn off the breaker for it to stop when diagnosing unit had to do a soft reset on the unit and run a diagnostic test. while on site everything passed and could not replicate any leaks inform customer to make sure the drain line is sitting up high and has a loop into disposal and inform them to monitor unit and they have a 90 day service call complete

There was a Screen on the outside vent causing weak heat .

Ice-maker setting was turned off told customer keep ice maker on and wait 24 hours

Customer complaint no cooling when I got to customer home unit was in demo mode took off demo mode and Ran unit about 25 min and seen full frost pattern in freezer but when I unplug unit compressor sounded weird when starting possible compressor is starting to act up if issue comes back will recommend someone to check compressor.

Needs a new main board. $255 for the part plus$115.00for labor +tax and shipping going to look at new units. Board is burnt and discolored at the main plug in for the power source and the heater. Also there is brownish discoloring on the green part of the board

Put fridge into service mode and it?s the Damper thats making noises when it opens and closes. Ordering a new one and will come back to install 9/5 installed new damper and put into service mode to test it and it?s opening and closing without any sounds and working the way it should

Customers unit would trip the breaker at least once or twice a day when diagnosing unit went ahead and put the unit on a forest frost mode where it will activate compressor and all fans and did not trip the breaker also when putting into a long defrost mode did not trip the breaker and also heard the sizzle noise when in defrost mode plugged unit up to a different outlet and informed him to monitor unit and if it happens again we know it?s a problem with the unit and we can come back with another tec to get another opinion and if not then we know it?s a outlet issue and would need to get in contact with an electrician

Washer spider gear is warped and causing front of wash drum to rub on door bellows when load is applied, machine repair is more than new machine. Refrigerator line kinked unkinked and all is working good. Advice customer of dryer being gas and venting into furnace room under kids bedroom and do not run until repaired and vented outside.

Customer dispenser is not responding customer would need dispenser and could not replicate any leaks coming from the dishwasher inform customer to monitor unit and educate us on how it is going
