Took the dryer apart and found a swifter wedges in the blower fan. It was full of lint and the lint was burned and charred from a small flash fire. Some of the wires are melted and damaged. Not worth fixing it is a hazard to fix this unit.

Belt broken, replaced ran and tested all is working good. Vacuumed inside machine.

Drain hose as completely clogged, ice was all over the bottom of the freezer and covering the drain under the evap. Defrosted freezer and was able to unclog drain.

Customer ice maker was not working went ahead and raised the water pressure to unit making sure it was filling all the way will have customer to monitor unit and if not working would recommend ice maker dishwasher was operating with in specs getting the 120 degrees circulating right informed customer on using rinse aid and placed the silver ware on the side instead of the front door

Installed new fan motor. Tested unit and unit tested good. Customer advised wait 24 hours before normal use.

F9E1 diverted motor failure. F6E6 cold water error. Ran autodiagnostic and diverter humming is heard. Wash motor never runs. Placed probes on connector P11-4 and P11-3 which runs through the diverter position switch. As diverter is spinning no continuity is ever present through position switch. As cam spins ACU cannot tell position of diverter causing F9E1 error. Error is not descript enough to state if wash motor will not run due to his error. Need wash motor assembly. Installed new motor sump assembly. Entered diagnostic and unit advances past Diverter position test and wash motor starts to hum. Wash motor humming but not producing circulation. Bad wash motor out of box.

Compressor is running but yet no cooling in the fridge and freezer will recommend new fridge .

Needs an new board. Going to be $600 to fix.

Customer unit was leaking from the top where the table top is at when diagnosing unit customer has the leak coming from the door customer will be needing door and will be exploring there options on how they could get it covered or getting a new one

Replaced drain hose with check valve and checks ok

Refrigerator hinge cap loose snapped back on and tested all is working good. Dishwasher missing screws for mounts replaced tested all is working good.

Ran unit multiple times could not replicate any leaks while on sight but did see a lot of rust building up around the soap dispenser and on the bottom where the filter is at inform customer to monitor unit and if issue keeps happening would recommend door boot and soap dispenser

Reinstalled power cord from dishwasher to basement units working normal now

Complaint of noise and warm temps. Measured 0 degrees in FZ and 66 degrees in FF. Ice visible on screws that hold Evap cover on. Defrost issue. Multiple Service pointer from kitchen aid on this issue. Verified software version of 7.00 ruling out ?ice clogging? pointer. Reviewed steps in pointer W11033419D. Evap thermistor measured 1.99 k ohms which is out of range. Customer advised that updates to both firmware and Evap cover are outlined in service pointer and Included in quote to ensure complete stoppage of issue. Unable to rule if thermistor failed first and stock hardware is valid or if ice block condition on evaporator caused thermistor failure.

Evap fan is randomly humming and vibrating. There is no ice or frost in the blades. It sounds like the motor is wearing out. $300 to fix not going to repair it?s an old whirlpool fridge.

Jazz board defrost side bad getting stuck, changed jazz board and tested all and all is working good.

The oven seemed to be working the code is intermittent. The freezer is very basic and older it doesn?t have a defrost heater. The coils are all inside the freezer and cool the racks.

8/11 pulled dishwasher out and there was a slimy/watery substance in the canal of the base. I dried it out and ran dishwashers multiple times looking for any leak and am unable to find one. Talked to customer about soap usage as it seems it maybe be a suds overfills

Freezer was at 0? fresh food section is at 38? ice is being made. Ran a diagnostic and everything passed. Let customer know she has 90 day for trip fee is same issues she had happens again.

The belt broke and a new one was installed

Apt 10: defrost drain plugged along with FF Door seal warped was able to get seal to seal with heat and cleared drain. Apt 18: Will need new FF Door seal and evap fan and parts are NLA

Cleaned out frez coils and replaced frez evap cover also extended the defrost cycle made sure no error codes appeared unit operating with in specs complete

Tray in ice maker was broken and deformed, a new ice maker was installed. Shelf is just a drop off and customer will install

Customer complaint was that the unit was leaking when running a light was could not detect any leaks inform customer to monitor unit and if can identify any leaks give us a call has a 90 day service call

Replaced water tank assy and checked unit unable to locate any farther leaks , tests good

****Dishwasher wont start needs a new computer board WD21X10378 going to be $450 for repairs. This is an old ge dishwasher probably time to replace. The relays aren?t clicking the key pad is unresponsive and isn?t turning on. ***** **** The middle burner is the warming burner and doesn?t get red hot like the others. All the burners are working just fine all light up red. The top middle won?t because it?s the warmer. I felt it and it?s definitely putting out some heat.**** **** The compressor wasn?t t running on the unit . The fridge was cooler but the freezer was fairly warm. The cubes were half melted. I unplugged the unit and pulled it out. I checked the coils they were fairly clean. Cleaned the back cardboard piece of dust and lint. When the u it was plugged back in the compressor wasn?t starting and making a weird noise. I ohm tested the compressor and it checked out ok. The starter for the compressor was noisy and didn?t work properly. I replaced the starter and the compressor fired right up. **** in the second fridge it was a ge side by side and the evaporator was frozen over bad I steamed and thawed out. I tested the heater and it was bass the coils were broken. I replaced the heater. I also replaced the thermostat it looked a bit swelled up. I told the customer it would take about 12 hours for the fridge and freezer to get super cold.

Replace cam gear #under warranty did see evidence of gear case oil possible gear case will be getting issues soon . Did explain to avoid overloading . I did hear small gear switch over but that?s normal not going to affect the unit tested the unit on rinse and spin working fine .

Needs diverter it?s leaking down onto the float.

Dryer timer contacts corroded to the point of causing timer to fail, customer maintenance has a full console and will replace with that, dryer squeaking is from rear bearing and idler wheel failure and will need to be replaced along with new belt.

Customer has an inner tub an otter tub issue recommend new unit .

Customer oven portion was not working when diagnosing unit viewed that the igniter was not providing the proper amps went ahead and replaced igniter unit operating with no In specs complete

Customer found a piece of rubber laying on the ground by the dishwasher. I checked all gaskets/seals and it didn?t appear to come from them. I then ran the dishwasher for 25min to check for any leaking and there was none.

Customer unit made a squeaking noise one time and intermittently they would get a burnt smell inform customer to monitor unit and in the the event it happens again would recommend the bearings to get changed out (W11449841)

Customer unit would not drain causing water to leak into the front of the freezer portion went ahead and cleaned out drain holes and did a coil cleaning on the unit everything seems to be working with in specs complete

Ice was building up on the base of the freezer and leaking out. I took pack of and drain hose was clogged so I cleaned that put and trimmed it. I got all the ice out of the freezer and put it back together and it?s no longer clogged.

Snapped in new door catch

Drain pump bad changed ran and tested all is draining and working good.

Washer needed a new transmission and was leaking from the drum Dryer needed a new timer besides the shaft broke off. Customer is getting new appliances

Inner drum has become completely detached from the outer drum. Customer is going to get a new washer.

Defrost timer not advancing when in defrost changed timer ran and tested all is working good. Monitor and call if needed insure unit remains plugged in.

Defrosted the freezer

Lower spray arm cracked and causing wall of water to front door lower sprayarm needs replacing to repair. 8-9-23: Replaced lower spray arm ran and tested for leaks and all is leak free

Checked door and all is closing good seals are good only issue is holders for freezer door are alittle sticky put some petroleum jelly on and all is working good.

Complaint of no tumble. Disassemble unit found broken belt. Idler pulley completely stuck and roller bearings not spinning unhindered. Found blower wheel worn out on drive shaft. Ran motor and motor hums loud considering under no load. Motor gets very hot after short period of operation. Customer advised belt, idler, bearings, to fix critical function of unit but recommended replacing motor as well or to consider replacement options due to cost of complete repair.

Lid latch was missing and I put it back on. I tested it and it?s working fine now.

Dishwasher will need UI control for upper drawer unit and part is NLA and rebuild is not an option. Refrigerator has a defrost issue and will have to contact liebherr to get spec sheets and parts, will contact customer as soon as I get info on machine from liebherr.

Heating was intermittent, tested gas coils and one was bad so a new set was installed and gas dryer is working without issues

Unit off apon arrival and warm Plugged unit in and compressor starts but appears no cooling is taking place , possible sealed system issue would recommend factory service as it may have a 10 year warranty on compressor

Installed new timer and customer supplied knob. Customer knob is OEM. Tested unit and unit tested good.

Appears door was ajar on right side as majority of frost is only accumulated on right side. Removed some ice and frost but did not want it to all melt and get on rails/ slides as it would cause door to be hard to open/close . Recommend seeing if evaporator will pull remaining moisture out over the next couple days If door gives trouble opening/closing would recommend new drawer rails

Customer said there was a loud squeaking noise and. Licking coming from the compressor last night. Refrigerator was unplugged when I got here. Plugged it back in and compressor started right up along with condenser fan and evap fan. I took everything out of freeezer then shut the door so I could try and get a frost pattern on evaporator. Evap had a good frost patter on it, freezer was down to 17? and FF section had dropped down to 40? Everything seems to be working without issues.

Replaced bake igniter and unit heats good

Parts are obselete will double check if any other parts can be used

Customer Omer unit will fill with water then not go into the next cycle when diagnosing the unit took door apart and seen that there was a burnt wire and the connector was not put in all the way went ahead and fixed the wire and made sure connector was in all the way unit operating with in specs complete

Replace coils tested unit heats up fine now

Customer unit has a bad inner and outer drum and a bad pump causing the unit not to drain and not to spin customer will be exploring there options on a new unit

Possible cause was the cleaning liquor causing lots of studs I advice use afresh and run unit to see if leak still happening.

Door lock F22 error code present in stored memory, ran through diagnostic mode and door lock is sporadically failing suggest changing lock. 8-9-23: Replaced door lock ran and tested through service mode all is working good.

Washer is not spinning or agitating, did a test in diagnostic mode to see if washer is sensing basket spinning and it is not so a new actuator was installed but it was still throwing the same error code and would not read basket spinning which leads back to the main board. Customer has been unhappy with machine since day 1 and is just going to get a new washer.

Cleaned out garbage disposal lots of glass causing motor to be jam all fix Dishwasher 25 e error code possible cause disposal not draining down properly. If customer calls will recommend drain pump # Turbidity sensor #

Ran unit more then 20 min and didn?t see no leaks customer did say it leaks sometimes advise customer to make sure when filling up unit nothing is hitting the wash blades if customer calls back will recommend Door seal Bottom wash blade Top wash blade

Replaced oven temp probe sensor

Complaint of vent hanging on one side. Vent operates properly. Vent mounted to drywall only on left hand side. Vents need to be supported by being installed into wood. Weight of unit will not be supported by screwing into drywall. Confirmed no stud behind left hand side of vent hood. Customer to reach handyman to rectify situation.

Ice route motor keep on opening and closing this is possible a bad left door Or ice route #DA97-19028B if the ice route don?t work will need new left door .

Washer- complaint of odor from washer. Determined odor is from stand pipe washer drains into, when water drains into stand pipe the P trap is no longer sealing off sewer from customer atmosphere causing an odor when unit is in use. Customer reaching out to plumber. Fridge- intermittent noise. Narrowed down to compressor. When doors are opened able to produce noise on 1 occasion. Customer states it usually happens when doors are shut. Inspected compressor found no signs of mounts deteriorating. Compressor draws a proper 1 amp and temps are good. Leveled unit, customer advised compressor could be experiencing vibration internally and this is not a serviceable part for Register. Recommended manufacturer if issue persists or gets worse.

Customer would need ui and pump if wanting to go along with repair

Ice make is not working at all it won?t harvest or anything. Some of the drawers are broken but are super expensive to replace. The oven the igniter is not sparking. The burner has special star shaped burners that need a special too to remove. It sounds like the ceramic has broken in the igniter and is sparking down below the burner and not up at the top.

Complaint of leak in FF section. Found water dripping in from FZ to FF. Drain tube is blocked, poor frost pattern on Evap. Only achieved 20% frost. Advised not to rectify drain issue as unit is on its last leg.

Readjusted bottom drawer all is closing good.

Replaced water filter sensors board and new oem filter Unit reset and is operating properly

Cleaned out the filter and vacuumed out the drain line from the tub to the drain pump. I also vacuumed out the drain line from the pump. I filled and drained 5 times no issues. I also manually spun the drain pump impeller fan by hand. It felt good it had good resistance, and wasn?t loose or sloppy.
