The gas orifices were changed to lp except the double burner has a second orifice underneath a cover that had to be removed. I replaced that orifice and the burner was still way off. I had to swap the orifices around to get it to work right. The manual wasn?t specific which part of the burner got which orifice. I also adjust led the screws for the valves according to the manual. The burners are working good now.

Dryer is taking a few cycles to dryer cloths. I checking venting outside and there was basically no airflow coming out. Venting goi from main floor to basement then through garage to outside and it?s about 30? long. I did a vent cleaning and the stuff coming out was moist and not a lot was coming out. I went into the basement and undid venting in 2 places and found a 95% blockage in a 90? angle by where it comes out from the main floor. I removed that blockage then made sure the venting going up was clear and that venting on the main floor is rectangular due to the space it?s in.
Air flow coming out is a lot better than it was but with the venting is it?s not that strong but there is nothing else in venting. Talked to customer about getting a blower van in venting to help.

All connections are tight and without corrosion. Problem is very random only suggestion is replace control board and parts are NLA.
