I put a new motor in the unit and it is much quieter now. The agitator is working like it should. The clothes should come out much cleaner. I checked the clutch and actuator and they?re working fine. When I removed the belt cover I noticed a fine slivery dust on the inside of the cover, I ran the washer with the belt off and determined the noise was in the motor. The motor spins easily but it is making a strange sound. Plus it was very hot to the touch only after a few minutes of run time. I suspect that one of the windings or magnets had come loose and was rubbing.

I pulled washer out and remove back and watched drain pump while it was draining and there was no leak. I put on a quick wash and watched for leak after about 25min into the wash water did leak but it was coming from the upper right which is where the fabric softer dispenser was. I removed the dispenser and it was completely clogged so water was going into it then spilling over. The dispenser was. Leaned out and another quick was was done but there was no leaking

Washer had intermittent power. She was able to start a load today but then washer lost power halfway through cycle. I was able to turn washer on when I got there and tried to put in service mode but then it powered off after a few seconds. I shut breaker off for a few min and tried to power back on but it would not work. Checked outlet which is good. Board is getting power but not putting it out. A combination of the UI and main board are needed. Customer has had this issue for a while now but it just got worse and she decided to just get a new washer.

Dishwasher was not installed correctly along with the space being super tight and the door kept catching on the side of the cabinet but there is no room to move it over so because of the combination of the install and not enough room part of the plastics of the outer tub was cracked along with the IU not being flush to the door. Every time it would start it would run for about 10 min then stop and the start button would flash and it would seem like the door latch was not secure. After moving it around to different positions I was able to get it so that the door would latch correctly and the dishwasher would run without stopping. No update was available for this appliance
