Complaint of longer dry times and noise. Ran unit and noise is instant and constant. Tested vent and vent tested good. Measured continuity through sensor circuit and heat circuit and tested good. Found 2 dryer sheets and excess lint build up in blower housing. Dryer sheets causing lint to build up causing blower to spin off balance and limit air flow. Recommend placing dryer sheets in mesh garment bag to avoid repeat issue. Recommend drying comforter on timed dry. Recommend dryer balls for bulky garments. This unit only has 1 dry sensor in front of machine, bedding often doesn?t tumble frequently enough for the dry sensor to read a change in drying profess and shortens dry times. Dryer balls assist in turnover garments while they tumble. Reassembled unit, tested and unit tested good.

Error code f4 e4 came up in diagnostic. Incorrect voltage at the dryer. I checked the voltage at the outlet there was 240. I had 240 at the brick for the dryer connector. I only had 120v at the board. I pulled the dryer apart and checked the high limit, the thermal fuse, the thermostat and the heater for continuity. I also tested the belt kill switch it tested fine. I looked over the wires and tested many of them. the harness has a broken or burnt wire somewhere .

I took the top cover off and the back cover and didn?t see anything significant leaking water. I did notice some drips coming from the cold water hose to the washer. I replaced that hose it was the only drips I could find. The dryer was off of the washer.
