Customer complaint was the the unit was spitting a ddc error code which is indicating that the inner door is not closing properly when diagnosing unit noticed that the wire to the door could be replaced

Te1 error code on site. The blower thermostat fuse did not pass the continuity test. After replacing the blower thermostat, the dryer will run for 3 seconds and then give the te1 error code, which was the original issue before replacing the main board. The dryer will need a new main board, which is under warranty. Replaced the main board And blower thermostat, and checked the vent. The dryer now works as it should.

The washer won't go into a spin cycle on site. The hub is stripped, and will need to be replaced. Replaced the hub, ran and tested. The washer now goes into a spin cycle and works properly.
