Customer stated water dispenser was dripping and a few days ago he notice certain food defrosting in the freezer but certain foods were still frozen. He removed all the food and put a container of water in there and it froze. Current FZ temp is 0? and FF is at 39?. Ice maker is full of ice. Tested all components in smart HQ and everything is testing good.
Checked cycle history and everything looks good. Tested defrost heater and it?s pulling 1.8 amps. No update to fridge.
Let customer know to keep an eye on it and he has 90 days if something else happens.
Dryer vent is very long and goes under ceilings in different parts of basement and there is no way to tell where it goes so he is going to call vent wizards

I vacuumed all the water out of the tub and checked the filter. It was packed with dog hair some plastic pieces and some wires from a bra. I put it back together and it still wouldn?t drain. I got there and there was still water in the tub. I set it to drain and spin and it drained the water out and spun. I checked diagnostic mode and the only code it had was f0 e3 which is an over load or too heavy of a load. I cleared the code and ran a test cycle. I also ran a recalibration of the washer. Needs heater and belt plus the wheels need to be cleaned and lubed. Replaced the heater and tested it?s working good. The dryer is working good.

No heat on site. The heating element did not pass the continuity test, and is visibly damaged. The heating element will need to be replaced. I replaced the heating element, ran and tested, the dryer now has heat and is working properly.

Dishwasher won?t turn on and UI won?t light up. Tried to hook up smart HQ and it won?t connect. There is a solid green light on the main board which indicates corrupt software and a new board and UI are needed.
Appliance is 8 years old so customer is going to get a new appliance
