brown smudge spots were on towels after washing. i took agitator plate off and there was build up all under it was mold and some grease which is showing the gear case is starting to go. i cleaned it all off and out back together then started a load with a cleaning pod. let customer know it will be good for awhile to keep using and to start cleaning at least once a month with white vinegar and baking soda to help keep any type of build up away.

Washer was not spinning so I hooked up to smart HQ and there was a error for the pressure port so I took hose off at the end that goes into the tub and cleaned the hole out then made sure nothing was clogging the tube. I tested all components in smart SQ and everything was working. I then ran an express wash and it went through all the cycles without issues. There is a grinding sound when spinning so the gear case is going bad. Owner was not on site and told me to have Kevin sign but we could not find kevin so another employee signed named Gerald Button.

washer: would not spin or drain so i used a jumper wire to try to drain and it works so the lid switch was bad. i installed a new one and ran a load and it worked without issue. dryer: they already put a new vent on but it was still taking multiple times to dry. i took back off and the blower house was full of lint which prevents good air flow so that was cleaned out then a maintenance kit was installed and inside of dryer was cleaned. dryer is running without issues.
