Dryer needs a new latch and a couple new screws for the hinge for it to close properly. Laurie Gates 585-409-4231 is the tenant that lives there. Michael is the landlord. The washer is probably 20-25 yrs old it needs a new gear box and a lid switch to make it work properly. $425 to fix the washer. Not going to fix the washer only the dryer. CC is on file. I changed the latch and the wrong screw. I straightened and adjust the door to get it to close better. I took apart the blower and fan housing for the lint screen. The lint screen wouldn?t slide all the way down and the lint was packed inside he housing and fan. I ran and tested it the unit seems to be fine.

I went back and found the thermal fuse was blown. I replaced it and tried the dryer out. I ran it for a while and found the heater wasn?t shutting off. I checked the cycling thermostat and it?s fine. The dryer blower belt was disconnected from the motor. The dryer felt seal is damaged on both sides. Both felt seals would need to be replaced.

Oven panel was not working but the clock was on and had the correct time. I unplugged unit and tested all components which tested good then plugged back in and put in service mode which had an F7 error code which is for a stuck key. After I cleared code and was able to turn oven on and do back it heated to 350? without issues. I also tested all buttons which all worked and cooktop worked. If this continues to happen they would need a replacement knew key pad and the harness to the main board. Part numbers are in notes but this angle is also 15 years old so customer is not sure what he will do and is going o look around at new ones. Let him know if he does decide to fix this he has 90 days to do it and get todays charges taken off of total of quote which was emailed to him.

I tested the power start button and it?s testing good. The door switch tested good. I took the front pannel off of the dryer and found the thermal fuse was blown. I talked to Dan and he said the vents were all cleaned last weeks. I noticed some lint build up in the fan housing. I removed the housing and it was packed with saw dust and lint so it was cleaned out. The blower fan was packed with lint an old Paper towel and a dryer sheet. That was cleaned out plus I cleaned the lint screen and upper housing. All these problems will definitely lead to the dryer overheating and blowing that fuse. Ran and tested the dryer is working great.

Dishwasher had a F2E2 even after turning breaker off for a significant period of time so you?re not able to put in diagnostic mode. Customer did research and found the issue was the main control board so he ordered that and installed on his own but the error code is still there. Washer gets to spin cycle then starts filling again then spins it out then fills again and it does that for about an hour then An out of balance error pops up. I put it in service mode and it went through the whole thing without an error code. Water level sensor is good. A mems sensor is needed but customer decided to just get a new washer due to the face he got this one on sale for $450
